Dr. Richard A. Rendich may have been the doctor from whom our Poppy bought 2 First Place !! The article says he resided at 32 First Place (which could have been where he and his family lived, and 2 First Place was where his office was - and we still have the doctor's white-tiled flooring in the garden floor front room (our living room).
