SURPRISE PARTY A surprise party was given Everett Freeman at his home in Brooklyn last night to celebrate his 24th birthday. CLUB DINNER-DANCE Employes of the Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn will hold their second annual dinner-dance on the evening of Feb. 21 in the ballroom at the Towers Hotel.
