Ni-jiio Claims Ho Was Victim of Frank at IS'avy Yard, Ijoretto Decreny, 21, a West Indian negro, of 8 West 132d street, Bronx, will be tried this afternoon before Judge Chatfleld on a charge of stealing a watch and stickpin from the clothing of a man being examined for enlistment in the Navy at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. According to Ilia counsel, Alexander Drescher, Decrency will explain that he was "framed up" because of his color. Decrency went to the yard to enlist and says he was abused, kicked and cuffed. Afterward, he says, he found a watch in his pocket, stolen from another applicant. He was then arrested. The Rev. G. 1''.
