Warden Is Accused of Failure in Duty Dual , Inquiry Is Continued A', charge of dereliction of d'i'y has been filed against Warden Harry C. Honeck of the Raymond gt. jai, it was learned today. The warden was suspended by Mayor McKee after the killing of Head Keeper William M-Connell M-Connell M-Connell on Nov. 26 by Andrew McCormlck, an Inmate, who committed sulc'rie when his attempt to break out ; f.M-d. f.M-d. f.M-d.
