The building was erected with the view of a permanent establishment, and is conveniet and well adapted for the purpose to which it is devoted. The number of Boarders is limited to twenty All of whom reside under tho same roof with the Principal fare at the same board, and are, in all respects, members of his family.

The course of education is designed to he more thorough than showy, and particular attention will be paid to training and developing the mind and imbuing it with sound moral principles, as well as with Elemontary Knowledge. Every Scholar must be provided with a Bible, and will be required to attend Family Prayer Morning and Evening, and Public Worship on the Sabbath. The Vacations will occur in April and October. Scholars may be admitted at any age or tune, but none are received for any period less than a Session.
