A. M. Wood, will parade in the afternoon through the principal streets. The 70th Begiment will fire na tional ealutes of 33 guns at noon, in the Eastern and Western districts. Bight flank Capt.

Taft, and Company Capt. Timmes, will fire the salutes in the Eastern district, and Co. Oapt. Smith, will fire the salute at Washington Park, (Fort Greene.) A new flag with 33 stars, the first yet made, will be hoisted over the new Armory, which will be on that occasion, formally taken possession of by the military. The Mebuy Bachelors Ball This affur, which came off at Gothic Hall on Thursday evening last was undoubtedly the most charming ever given by the Association, Old Gothic, in our opinion never looked so handsome as it did bn this occasion.

Between thirty and forty first class mirrors, from the establishment of Mr. Kidder in Atlantic street, and a large nnmber of choice paintings from the gallery of Mr. Foice, adorned the walls and from the front entrance of the hall and across the ceiling, bunting of every hue was festooned in every conceit able design.
