Frank Llnstedt. Newman was a photographer employed in tho village and although married his family would not live with him. Mrs! Linstedt did his washing for him and under various pretenses Newman spent his Sunday and most of his evenings at the Ltnstedt residence. His actions enraged old man Hoffmann, who ordered Newman to keep away and when he failed to do it used him quite severely. The case was brought into the courts but before it came to trial Newman left for Europe.
