Rye flour was quiet, with superfine, J2.75a2.95: fancy, Beef was steady, with extra mess, packet, JSa9.50 Pork was quiet, with mess, S8.25a8.75; family, short clear. Lard was dull, with prime Weatern steaom, 4.07c nominal. Butter was steady. Quotations were 10al5c for state dairy, 20c for Elgin, Sal4c for factory, ISalDo for state creamery. 13a20c for Western creamery, 13alCc for imitation creamery.

Receipts were 3,075 packages. Eggs were quiet. Quotations were 19a21c for state and Pennsylvania; Western, 14al8c. Receipts were 4, 485 packages. Cheese was quiet, with state, large, 7allc; small, Part skims, 4a8c; full skims; 24a3o.

Over 500 pages of statistical information, prepared especially for Eagle Almanac. A series of Maps which are alone worth more than the price of the book. So great was the Demand for the Eagle Almanac of 1896 that the feupply was exhausted over four months ago.
