Federation Day Following a Brooklyn tradition of 29 years, more than 300 Jewish communal leaders will join in the celebration of Federation Day on Wednesday, it was announced yesterday by Oscar A. Lewis, chairman of the Brooklyn campaign on behalf of the New York and Brooklyn Federations of Jewish Charities. Participants in the Federation Day activities, in accordance with the custom of more than a quarter of a century, will not go to their offices or places of business that day. Instead they will go in the morning to the Hotel St. George for a communal breakfast.

Then they will start out In teams and flying squadrons for their day's work of soliciting prospective givers to the 118 welfare institutions affiliated with the merged federation drive. For those unable to attend the morning ceremonies, a night-before dinner has been arranged for Tuesday evening at the Unity Club. On Wednesday evening the formal closing of Federation Day will be marked by a dinner meeting, beginning at 6:30 at the Unity Club. With all groups reunited, reports of the day's work will be rendered and addresses will be made by campaign leaders. 8 102' 10 104 106 100 89 103 70 106 106 85 101 37' 64 68 46 49 vien an cast 5' as 63 57 9 102 106 63 99 83 98 86 14 60 31, 7 1 6 1 50 1 4 9', 10 4 2 43 1, 1 14 214 1 1 204 1 5 I-.
