Fink, secretary of the Housing Committee of the Brooklyn Bureau of Charities. The attempt is bein? led by the Oreenpoint Property Owners' Protective and Civic Organization of 104 Norman which is circularizing 30 other groups in what it calls ''recruiting a fighting army." Mr. Fink predicts that this and any other proposal to repeal the laws, which were among the reforms Instituted by Theodore Roosevelt as Governor, will get no further than the introduction of the bill before the Legislature. First Attempt "This Is the first time that we can remember." he said, "that a group of property owners are making an attempt to repeal the Multiple Dwelling law.

Amendments have been presented from time to time by various owners who felt that the housing regulations were too drastic. "They failed to recognize, however, that unless tenements are brought up to a higher standard of usefulness, they will be unable to rent them, many of which should have been demolished long ago." I have not been able to pay the interest of my mortgage for over a year now and the mortgagee has been very considerate in accepting what little I have been able to pay. Under recently enacted legislation a foreclosure action which has not proceeded to final Judgment directing the sale of the premises shall be dismissed if the owner will pay to the mortgagee the taxable costs and disbursements, and remedy any default other than the payment of principal or any installment of principal. S. A. You are eligible for such a loan thro'ish the Federal Housing Administration under provisions of Title provided you pass the necessary credit risk. You can apply for such a loan to your bank, or any other bank in your community. A loan such as this one is usually amortized monthly over a period of three years.

Five percent interest is charged for the entire amount and it is divided into 36 monthly payments. On a $3,000 loan the interest would be approximately $450. totaling your obligation to $3,450. payable in 36 monthly payments of about $95.83 each. Trump in his development of briclc dwellings now building at E. 42d St. and Clarendon Road. Flatbush, announces that 28 homes have been sold despite the lact that these model homes have not even been completed and therefore not ready for inspection.

Many who have purchased have been guided by Mr. Trump's most recent operation when 77 dwellings were sold in less thsn six weeks at Kinss Hishway and Avenue H. Flat-bush.
