Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Miss Lillian Tirsch Miss Lillian Tirsch, 35, a registered nurse attached to the Jewish Hospital, died at the hospital yesterday after an illness of several weeks. She was born in Brooklyn and received her hospital training at the institution in which she died. Surviving are her father, Benjamin Tirsch, and two brothers, Dr. Harry Tirsch this borough and Dr. Max Tirsch of Philadelphia.

Baumann of 260 Harrison who was married eight months ago to Miss Lillian Cyriachs, of 1638 Hendrickson Brooklyn, died yesterday following an operation for appendicitis. 30, 1936, left a gross estate of 874.68 and a net estate of $8,020.85, according to the report filed with the Surrogate today by State Transfer Tax Appraiser David F. Soden. Mr. Wallace's real estate holdings included a one-sixth interest in 815- 817 Fulton valued at a one -sixth interest in 797 Fulton valued at a one-sixth interest in 239 Stuyvesant valued at $1,416.67, and a full interest in 1086 Prospect Place, valued at $9,000. The appraiser placed a value of $2.500 on 125 shares of stock of Thomas P.

Wallace, of 116 Warren which Mr. Wallace owned in partnership with his brother. Arthur J. Wallace. The whole estate went to his brother, who lives at 1119 Park Place.

left a gross estate of $14.992.32 and a net estate of $13,262.02, mostly in bank accounts. It went to a cousin, Mathilda Polhaus of 21 Hawthorne and two cousins and four friends in Germany. William Vogt, who died March 6, 1937, left a gross estate of $4.947.68 and a net estate of $3.811.75. His interest in 166 West St. was valued at $848.20 and his interest in 142 Norman Ave.

at $2.399.36. The estate went to his widow, Katherine, of the Norman Ave. address. and two daughters, Marion Kelly of Cleveland and Florence M. Teufel of Akron, Ohio.

Mary A. Kenny, who died Feb. 9, 1937. left a gross estate of $5,180.95 and a net estate of $1,071.30. Her home at 1048 E.

3d St. was valued at $4,750. The principal heir was her daughter, Helen C. Kenny of the E. 3d St.

address. Emma L. Dawson, who died Jan. 10, 1936. left a gross estate of $4,952.22 and a net estate of $2,925.62.

A half interest in 1470 72d St. was appraised at $4.000 and lots in Bethpage, L. at $400. The estate went to a sister, Helen B. Dawson, and A brother.

James Thomas Dawson, both of the 72d St. address. Alicia M. Wendover. who died March 15.

1937, left a gross estate of $4.088.56 and a net estate of $3.213.78, which went to an aunt and two friends. Avon A. Donohue Dies at Age of 70 Avon A. Donohue, 70, managing director of the former Robert Rogers Towing and Transportation Corporation of Manhattan until his retirement 10 years ago, died suddenly yesterday of a heart attack at his home, 182 81st St. He was employed by the firm for 45 years.

Mr. Donohue, who was born in Manhattan, had lived in Brooklyn for the past 50 years. was a member of the Marine and Field Club, the Holy Name Society of St. Anselm's C. Church and Thomas Dongan Council, K.

of C. Surviving are his widow, Margaret; a daughter, Mrs. Edward F. Curley and a son, A. Robert, an insurance broker.

Funeral services will be held Saturday. Adam E. Fischer, Dies in 75th Year Adam E. Fischer, one of the oldest active architects in Brooklyn, died yesterday at his home, 862 Bushwick after an illness of four months. He was 74 and had practiced his profession for 50 years.

His office was located at 373. Fulton St. Mr. Fischer was one of the three remaining charter members of the New York Society of Architects, which was founded in Brooklyn in 1906. Six years ago he received a gold medal from the society in recognition his long membership.

He was born in Manhattan, but had lived most of his life in Brooklyn. He had been active in the Wyckoff Heights Taxpayers Asso ciation, the Wyckoff Heights Hospital and the Brooklyn Turn Verein. Surviving are his widow, Amelia; three daughters, Elsa Koetting, Clara Cox and Irma Fertig and a grandson. Services will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the home.

JOHN DEWEY ELDRIDGE. 37, of 433 41st a wireman for the New York Telephone Company, died yesterday at Israel Zion Hospital after an operation for appendicitis. Harry Dazian Word was received here today that Henry Dazian, leading theatrical costumer in America for two generations, died on Tuesday night at his Winter home in Miami Beach, Fla. Lynch, 60, a well-known lawyer, of 159 Lefferts formerly active in Democratic politics in Bay Ridge, died suddenly Tuesday night on the platform of the Sterlin St. station of the B. M. T. subway.

He was taken ill at his office in the Title Guarantee Trust Company, earlier in the day and collapsed while on his way to his home. Mr. Lynch was born in Brooklyn and was educated in New York University. About 30 years ago he was active in politics. He had been with the title company for aobut 17 years.

He was a member of Brooklyn Lodge, 22, B. P. O. the Royal Association. Mr.

Lynch had a wide law practice and was an authority on real estate law and titles. He had a wide acquaintance among jurists and lawyers, here. In his younger days active as an athlete being a member of the Ariel Rowing Club and of the Bay Ridge Athletic Club. Mr. Lynch was born in Brooklyn and had practiced law here for nearly 40 years.
