Funeral Services For Wm. Fraties Mr. Hogan died yesterday in St. Vincent's Hospital, Manhattan, as a result of a stroke. He was 58.

His home was at 517 Washington Boulevard. He was elected city judge in 1925, To Be Held Today Special to The Eagle Great Neck. July 15 Walter W. Davis, 73 realty developer and former mine operator, died today of asthma and heat prostration at his home in the Wychwood Apartments here. Mr.

Davis, who was a retired lawyer, was president of the Wychwood Gardens, Inc. He alos developed Great Neck Hills and Wynwood in the Thomaston section of Great Neck. He was born In Decatur. 111., and was a graduate of the University of Kansas. Miss Tealdo died last Friday at the age of 69. She was one of the first Italian women to become a member of the Evangelical Mission in the United States.

Farrell Estate to Wife Peter N. Farrell of 659 56th who died July 1 in Kings County Edward J. Worth Boro Ex-Engineer Andrew J. Brosnan, 73, of 188 St. Mark's formerly for 33 years engineer of Borough Hall, died of a heart attack yesterday at his Summer home at 15 Scoville's Walk, Coney Island.

He was born in Brooklyn and was employed in the Department of Public Buildings for 39 years. Mr. Brosnan was retired from active service about five years ago. He was a member of the Wood-haven Exempt Volunteer Firemen's Association and formerly was a member of the 3d A. D.

Democraf.c Club and of the Washington Democratic Club. His widow, Catherine O'Connor Brosnan, and a son, Harry J. Brosnan. survive. A requiem mass-will be offered at St.

Joseph's R. C. Church at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Carroll Walden, publisher of papers for the printing and paper trades, died of a heart attack here yesterday at his home, 168 N.

Maple Ave. He was 80. Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of Thomas and Mary O. Phelps Walden. Mr.

Waluen was president of Walden Sons Mott Company. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ethel P. Howard, of Oak Park. 111., and Mrs.

Alvah E. Aeed. of Ridgewood, and four sons, Thomas Walden, of Ridgewood; Charles C. Walden Stone Bridge, N. Lionel A.

Mr. Walden's wife, Mrs. Anna De Haven Walden, died in 1931. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. in Christ Episcopal Church.

Rabbi Saffcr Dies Rites Tomorrow Bystander Killed, 4 Hurt in Crash Funeral services for former Deputy Hospital, left personal property valued at between $10,000 and $20,000 to his wife, Sadie Farrell, according to his will filed for probate yester day in Surrogate's Court. PAWNBROKERS' SALE Pasquale Triolo, 65, of 829 Kent Ave, was killed, and another man and three women injured last night as the result of a collision between a motor bus and a truck at Park and Kent Aves. Triolo and Angelo Cetla, 42. of 75 Taaffe Place, who received a fracture of the left leg, were standing on the sidewalk. The truck was hurled against the curb and turned over, the two men being pinned beneath it.

Cetta was taken to the Fire Chief Edward Worth, 74, of 84-36 Penelope Elmhurst, who died Monday of pneumonia, will be held tomorrow with a solemn requiem mass at 10:30 a.m. at the R. C. Church of the Ascension, Elmhurst. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Chief Worth was in charge of the city's fleet of fireboats from 1913 to 1929. He became a fireman in 1888 and was promoted to captain in 1901. He became a battalion chief in 1905 and was retired in 1929, ending nearly 41 years of service in the department. He was cited on the roll of merit six times, with a citation for personal risk in 1896. He had received "The Jewelry and money," the will the Aged.

Ellen Griffin, 76, who died Tuesday at her home on Whitney Lane, Old Westbury, will be held Thursday at 8 p.m.. in Dodge's Funeral Parlors here. The body will be cremated. Mrs. Griffin was the wife of Thomas Griffin, superintendent of the Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney estate in Old Westbury.

Surviving are her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Ethel Johnson, also of Whitney Lane. William Trufant, Rail Agent, Buried William G. Trufant, general agent in New York for the Denver, Rio Grande and Western Railroad and the Western Pacific Railroad for the past ten years, was buried yesterday in Denver, following funeral services there. Mr.

Trufant, whose home was at the Park Central Hotel, Manhattan, did Saturday of an attack of acute indigestion while on vacation at West Portal, near Denver. Burial was to be in Cypress Hills Cemetery today. Mrs. Pierce, who lived at 265 Euclid was a practical nurse and the widow of Almon J. Pierce. She was born in Manhattan, the daughter of the late Ruben G.

The will directs that $13,500 be given in numerous small bequests and that two nieces, Fannie West, 54, of 1217 Ditmas Ave. and Edna May Dey, 50, of Maplewood, N. receive $7,500 and $6,000, respectively, together with 100 shares each of capital stock of Donald's, and equal shares for life in the income from a $50,000 trust fund, the principal of which is to be paid, on thetir dpaths, to the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

Also the two nieces each receives one-fifth of the residue. The three-fifths go to the following, who also receive $6,000 each and 100 shares each of the Donald's stock: Jennie Pownall, a niece, of 409 E. 21st William L. Jacobs, nephew, of 1240 E. 26th and Harold Jacobs, a nephew, of 401 E.
