Banker, president, will be held at the Hotel Bossert on Tuesday, April 12. Among the guests of honor will be Mrs. Andrew J.

William Seaman Bainbridge, presi I. Garden City Clubs The annual benefit luncheon and bridge party of the Garden City League for Mercy Hospital, of which Mrs. Alexander T. Mussey is president, was held Tuesday in the Garden City Hotel. Mrs.

William M. DUlmeier and Mrs. John J. Hagerty Jr. were co-chairmen of the general committee.

Chairmen of the other committees included Mrs. John Wer-nerback, Mrs. Thomas A. Shaw, Mrs. W.

Fleming, The drama department of the Woman's Club of Garden City, Mrs. Walter T. Loebmann president, will present two one-act plays and a program of musical selections next Saturday evening. At this, the second annual presentation of the drama department, the plays to be given are "When the Whirlwind Blows," by Essex Dane, and "A Perfect Landing." by Florence Ryerson and Colin Clements. The cast includes Mrs.

Robert Dixon, Mrs. Charles G. Bishop, Mrs. Joseph K. Ryan and Mrs.

Loebmann, Mrs. Andrew H. Boardman and Mrs. Winfield A. Rorkiille Center Clubs The Rockville Centre Recreation League will sponsor a "talent night'1 late in April.

On Tuesday night auditions will be conducted for instrumentalists in the auditorium of the Morris School. On Thursday night the league will hear vocalists and on Friday night an audition has been arranged for readers. On Monday night, April 11, there will be an audition for dancers and on Tuesday night, April 12, one for those in novelty acts. "The Influence of the School and the Home in Developing Hobbies Which May Evolve into Professions or Lucrative Interests in Adult Life" is the subject to be presented at tha Hewitt School A. meeting tomorrow night at the school.

Thera will be a hobby show, an exhibition of children's work and a reception by the faculty In their rooms. On Friday night there will be an exhibit of school work in the class rooms of the Morris School, under the auspices of the Morris School A. The exhibit will open at 7:30 and be followed by "Family Night." The subject chosen for ths evening is "The Aim of Music Is to Raise the Level of Human Quality." There will be a musical program. The Service Club will meet tomorrow night at the home of Miss Miriam Raynor, Morris Ave. The vestry rooms of the Temple of the Congregation of B'Nal Sholom will be the scene of a card party for the benefit of the Auxiliary to ths Congregation on Tuesday afternoon.
