Mr. Keiser organized the Stuyvesant Board of Trade, since consolidated with the Fulton St. Board of Trade. He was also organizer and first president of the Cypress Hills Board of Trade. As head of appropriate committees of that organization Mr.

Keiser was instrumental in obtaining the constriction of Public School 171 and carried on vigorous campaigns against the Long Island Railroad for reduced fares. Headed Democratic Club He was formerly president of the Cypress Hills Democratic Club, wa president and manager of the Yonkers and was associated with the advertising department of the Yonkers Herald and the editorial department of the Yonkers Record. He was one of the founders of the Yonkers Democrat, later known as the Yonkers Times.
