The Rev. John Meng officiated at the ceremony. A reception was held at the Bermuda Terrace of the Hotel St. George. The bride, given in marriage by her father, had Miss Margaret Rueffer as maid of honor and Mrs.

Matthew Miller, her cousin, and Miss Alice Hauserman as bridesmaids. The bride wore a basque gown of white satin trimmed with Charles O'Connor, a prominent builder of the early '70s who erected New York's Catholic Protectory. Miss O'Connor, whose father was the late Charles A. O'Connor, Is a graduate of the Academy of Mt. St.

Vincent on the Hudson and attended St. Joseph's College. Mr. Rowan is a graduate of the Newman Stthool in Lakewood, N. and Yale University.

He is vice president of the Dillon-Beck Manufacturing Company and is a member of the Yale Club of New York. seed pearls and a long train. Her long veil was held by a headpiece of orange-blossoms. She carried a bouquet of white eucharist lilies and stephanotls. Miss Rueffer wor a basque gown and hat of orchid velvet and the bridesmaids' dresses were of gold velvet.
