Mrs. Maynard to Open Home for League Meeting The Junior League of Brooklyn, will hold its monthly meeting Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Edwin P. Maynard Jr. The meeting will be devoted to discussing final plans for the Snow Follies which the league will present Feb.

16 and 17 at the Academy of Music. The follies is the major undertakIng of the league for the year and the proceeds will benefit the Central Volunteer Bureau. Miss Sylvia Turner and Mrs. James C. McCurrach are co-chairmen for the event and their aids are Mrs.

William C. Gay, talent; Mrs. Berton Delmhorst, patronesses; Mrs. Cyril Redmond and Mrs. Russell Harding, program; Miss Arrietta Smith, tickets; Mrs.

Frank A. Sherer, treasurer; Mrs. Ralph Lankler, costumes, and Mrs. Richard Pogue, publicity. After the business meeting a musical program, "Chopin and Liszt, Tone-Poets," will be presented by Mrs.

Helen Windsor. Many reservations have been made for the Snow Follies. Mrs. Darwin R. James, Alexander MacDonald and Mrs.

Among the other members are "The Sailor's Chorus" (from "'The Flying Wagner; a group of choruses from Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Mikado," and compositions by Parker, Flagler, Noll, Tschaikowsky, J. B. Wells and J.

H. Rogers. Mr. Boyce, in recognition of his work in this field, has recently been honored by election to the presidency of the Conductor's Club of New York. At the concert.

Board Meets On Tuesday Morning The monthly meeting of the Woman's Board of the Church Charity Foundation of Long Island will take place on Tuesday in the nurses' residence of St. John's Hospital, 1557 Atlantic Ave. The meeting, which will take place at 11 a.m. will be presided over by the president, Mrs. Divine F.

Burtis. The regular meeting of the Social Service Committee of St. John's Hospital, Church Charity Foundation, will be held tomorrow in the solarium of St. John's Hospital, 480 Herkimer at 3 p.m. Following the meeting tea will be served.

Joseph Munden Trask of the Hotel Mohawk and Northport, and George William Roesch son of the Rev. Dr. and Mrs. George William Roesch of Centerport yesterday, the 70th wedding anniversary of the bride's grandmother. Dr.

Roesch, father of the bridegroom officiated at the ceremony which will be followed by a reception at the Hotel Bossert. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a brocaded taffeta gown and tulle veil failling from halo brim of taffeta faced with orange blossoms.
