Bmith as born in Far Rock-away, the ion of the late Leslie Smith, for many years principal of Union Free School Dis trict 13. He attended Far Roekaway High School, the College of the City oi New York and Buffalo University. During the World War he was chief pharmacist's mate on the Santiago when the ship was sunk off Fire Island. "Dr. Smith opened his dental office here in 1922.

He was formerly secretary of the New York Dental Society and dental surgeon of the New York State Magistrates' Association. Surviving are his widow, Charlotte McWhinney Smith, a daughter of the late Assemblyman Thomas A. McWhinney; a daughter, Miss Lidie Smith; his mother and a sister, Mrs. L. B.

Westbury- Mr. Olivares had been on a leave of absence for the past two years from his position as technical inspector of traffic for the city of Caracas, Venesuela. A native of Venezuela, he was educated at SU Joseph's Hospital in that country.

He came to the United States about 20 years ago and traveled considerably between the two countries. As technical inspector of traffic Mr. Olivares spent considerable time studying New York City police methods of handling traffic which might be applicable for use in Caracas. Church of the Incarnatioi on Gates Ave. He also was a vestryman for a similar period ana later was senior warden of the Church Mr, Delatour was born Aug. 15. 1858, at 3 Center Manhattan, now the site of the Municipal Building in Manhattan. He spent his boyhood at Delatour Point, named after his family, at Douglas-ton, and was educated at the Flushing Institute.

He began his career in the lumber business in 1885 and later purchased the S. M. Jacobus Lumber Company which then became the Albert Delatour Lumber Company. Services Saturday Mr. Delatour was married In 1882 to Susie S.

Holcomb. who died in 1925. Since then, he had lived with his son, Dr. Beeckman J. Delatour, at 520 E.

86th Manhattan. He had a Summer home at Pawling, N. Y. Surviving Mr. Delatour are his son; a sister, Miss Marie Delatour, and two grandchildren, Susanna Holcomb Delatour and Elizabeth Worthington Delatour.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Grace Episcopal Church, Broadway and 10th Manhattan. Interment will be In Falrvlew Cemetery, Chicopee Falls, Mass. Mrs. C.
