MI Moss Is Dead Of Heart Ailment After Long Illness Boro Specialist Succumbs to Disease He Combated in Thirty-Year Career Dr. Abraham Moss, 53, formerly ferday in the Hotel Croydon, died, 12 E. 135 Eastern Parkway, yes86th Manhattan, after a long illness.

He left Brooklyn last October in order to receive medical treatment in Manhattan. Dr. Moss, a heart specialist, died of angina pectoris, a disease he had often helped to combat in his patients. He was born in Brooklyn and was a graduate of Cornell Medical School. He had practiced in Brooklyn for about 30 years.

Served Hospital Staffs Dr. Moss was formerly head of the cardiac of the Broad Street department, Manhattan and had been attached to the staffs of several other institutions. He was a member of the Harvey Society, the American Medical Association, the Medical Union and the New York Academy of Medicine. Surviving are his widow, the former Ethel Plots; daughter, Marion, a junior at Smith College; two brothers, Louis president of the United Synagogue of America, and Benjamin, and three sisters, Mrs. Annie Schluer, Mrs.

Yetta Brand and Mrs. Bertha Friedman. Funeral services, which will be held at the Park West Memorial Chapel, 79th St. and Columbus Manhattan, at 10:30 tomorrow morning, will be conducted by the Rev. Israel Herbert Leventhal, rabbi of the Brooklyn Jewish Center.

Burial will be in family plot in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Kipling Will Rest In Poets' Corner London. Jan. 20 -Rudyard Kipling is going to rest in the Poets' Corner at Westminster Abbey. The noted author, who died Saturday morning, five days after he underwent an emergency operation for a perforated stomach ulcer, will be buried Thursday in that last resting place of Britain's famous sons.

The Very Rev. William Foxley Norris, dean of Westminster, announced the funeral service would be held at noon. "Burial in the Poets' Corner at Westminster Abbey is a high honor, but not too high an honor for one of the most influential personalities of the time and a unique figure 1 in English literature," the Times said in an editorial. Caroline D. Mott Miss Caroline D.

Mott, a former resident of Brooklyn for half a century, who died Friday at her residence, 83-26 Lefferts Boulevard, Kew Gardens, was buried yesterday in Cypress Hills Cemetery. She succumbed at the age of 61 after a brief attack of pneumonia. Surviving is a brother, Frank B. Services were held yesterday prior to the interment at the Simonson Funeral Home, 119-04 Hillside Richmond Hill. Last Rites Held For Mrs.

F. Tobey Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Francis Tobey, 46, of 150-66 87th Jamaica. Burial followed in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.

Mrs. Tobey, long identified as a leading figure in Queens welfare work, died Saturday afternoon after a long illness in the Beth Moses Hospital, Brooklyn. The services were held in the Flatbush Memorial Chapel, 1283 Coney Island Brooklyn. She was an active member of the Jamaica Jewish Center, the Order of the Eastern Star and of the Jamaica Hadassah. Mrs.

Tobey is survived by her widower, Oscar I. Tobey; two daughters, Sylvia and Doris; a son, Herbert; her mother, Mrs. Leah Lobel; a sister and seven brothers. Tugs Float Vessel Grounded in Gale Philadelphia, Jan. 20 (P)-Tugs today floated the steamer City of Camden, which went aground in the Delaware near Penn's Grove, N.

with 70 passengers aboard. They were removed safely last night. Capt. W. B.

Jackson and a crew of 15 remained on the vessel. It was bound from Philadelphia to Wilmington. Poor visibility, because of snow and sleet, and a lashing wind were blamed for the accident. Wheeler Services Set for Tuesday Funeral services for Miss Emily C. Wheeler, 82, of 345 E.

25th well known in missionary work in Turkey, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Harry T. Pyle Mortuary, 1925 Church Ave. Miss Wheeler died Saturday after a brief illness. Miss Wheeler was born in Massachusetts and was taken to Turkey as a child by her parents.

Her father was a founder and president of Euphrates College at Harpoot, Turkey. of which Miss Wheeler later was a member of the faculty. Miss Wheeler was a witness of the Turkish massacre of the Armenians. After leaving Turkey, she became affiliated with the Armenian and India Relief Association, and traveled all over the United States to raise funds for the cause. She was secretary and treasurer of the association at her death.

She was a member of Flatbush Congregational Church and leaves a sister, Mrs. Susan Friend. Mrs. Steinheuser Rites Tomorrow Floral Park, Jan. 20-Mrs.

Elizabeth Steinheuser, 73, mother of Emil J. Stenheuser, secretary to Arthur Brisbane, died Saturday at the home of another son, George F. Steinheuser, 244 Floral Boulevard. Services will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the home.

Burial will be in Evergreens Cemetery, Wednesday. Mrs. Steinheuser lived practically all her life in the East New York section of Brooklyn. She was the widow Steinheuser. Besides the two sons mentioned she leaves another son, Julius Steinheuser, who as detective in the Astoria precinct; a daughter, Mrs.
