O'Brien, prominent Brooklyn and Manhattan clubman and printing company head, died in her home, 2 Montague Terrace, after a brief illness. She was born in Manhattan 77 years ago. When Mr. O'Brien, who was head of the Charles J. O'Brien Printing Company of 400 Lafayette Manhattan, died in 1929, Mrs.

O'Brien was named to succeed him. She was actively at the head of the company when she died. Mr. O'Brien was a commodore of the Belle Harbor Y. a member of the Emerald Association, St.

Patrick's Society, Catholic Historical Association, American Irish Historical Association, Eckford Club, Seneca Club, John F. Ahearn Association and other clubs, and a trustee of the R. Church of the Transfiguration. Mrs. O'Brien was active in Catholic charity work.

Active in Welfare Work When Mr. O'Brien died intestate, Mrs. O'Brien and five children were named to share in his estate of "more than $15,000." Mrs. O'Brien was a member and a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

She was an organizer of the St. John's College Auxiliary and a charter member and organizer of Immaculate Conception Day Nursery and a member of the Villa de Sales Home Auxiliary. She was an organizer of Holy Family Hospital, a member of St. Mary's Hospital and also of the Ozanam Home, the Catholic Settlement Association, the Christ Child Society, the auxiliary of the House of the Good Shepherd, and during the war, organized the Catholic Social Service Auxiliary. 3 Daughters and Son She is survived by three daughters, Mrs.

Anna A. Mordaunt, Mrs. Mary E. Perazzo and Mrs. Margaret G.

Brown and a son, Charles Jr. A daughter, Mrs. Rose M. McGarey, who was the wife of Alderman Francis D. McGarey, died in 1923.

Like her mother, Mrs. McGarey had been active in charitable work. Also surviving are two brothers, Peter and John Halpin, and a sister, Mrs. Rose Meehan, and 13 grandchildren; Mrs. Helen Young, Adrienne Mordaunt, Jeanne Mordaunt and Ann Mordaunt of Pelham, N.

Mrs. Marie Perazzo Lord, David Robert Perazzo, Jr. Kathleen and Isabel Perazzo, of Brooklyn; Margaretta Ann McGarey, Francis P. Charles O'Brien McGarey, James S. Brown 3d, and Mary Ann O'Brien Brown.

Mary A. O'Brien Rev.T.P.Frost Dies In Bradford, Vt. Retired Clergyman, 87. Was Brooklyn Pastor Over. Forty Years Ago Bradford, July 6-The Rev.

Dr. Timonthy Prescott Frost, one of the best-known Methodist Episcopal clergymen in Brooklyn, some 50 years ago, died at his home here yesterday at the age of 87. As pastor of the old Summerfield Church in Brooklyn in the late 80's, Dr. Frost was instrumental in making it one of the strongest and most popular churches there by his powerful sermons and personality. Born in Mt.

Holly, one June 26, 1850, he was educted at the Vermont Methodist Episcopal Seminary at Montpelier and Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn. He was licensed to preach in 1870 and six years later joined the Vermont Conference, being transferred to several important posts over a period of years. Dr. Frost occupied pulpits during the early part of his career at Thetford Center, Woodstock, Bradford, Montpelier and St. Tohnsbury.

He was chaplain of the Vermont Senate in 1886 and 1887. At one time, while continuing his pastoral duties, he served as superintendent of public schools. In 1883 he was appointed by the Governor of Vermont to act as a delegate to the Interstate Educatiional Convention meeting that year in Louisville, Ky. In 1888 he served as chairman of the Vermont delegation to the General Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. During his long residence in Vermont he was a leading res figure at all important Methodist Church functions.

Dr. Frost went to Brooklyn from this State and was credited with adding considerably to Brooklyn's reputation as the "City of Churches" during his stay there. He also served in pulpits at Newark. N. Evanston, and Baltimore.

He was the author of several works on theology and has lectured extensively. During 1917 and 1918 he on Christian ethics at the Garret Bible Institute in Evanston. Since 1918, when he retired. he had devoted himself to literary work a and lecturing. Surviving are a son, Philip, and a daughter, Mrs.

George Morris. Capt. Stillwaggon Rites Tomorrow A requiem mass will be offered tomorrow morning in St. John the Baptist R. C.

Church for Capt. Francis Stillwaggon, towboat pilot, who died in the Marine Hospital, Staten Island, on Saturday. Born 60 years ago in Greenpoint, Captain Stillwaggon was a lifelong resident of Brooklyn. His home was at 793A Willoughby Ave. For 14 years he was a towboat captain with the Transmarine Steamship Co, operating out of Port Newark.

Later he was connected with the Croton Water Co. and operated its towboat Croton. He then operated principally in New York Harbor, Captain Stillwaggon was a member of Lexington Council 293, K. of C. He is survived by his widow.

Onslow Gordon Dies on Vacation Prominent Boro Surgeon Stricken While Resting at Late Keoka, Maine North Waterford, July 6- Funeral services were to be held here for Dr. Onslow A Gordon, 84, Brooklyn surgeon and former presient of the Medical Society of the County Kings, who died Sunday after a brief illness at his Summer home at Lake Keoka, near here. Mary's Hospital there. Marked 50 Years A tribute to his long professional career was paid him four years ago when more than 100 physicians, clergymen and prominent laymen attended a dinner held the Montauk Club, Brooklyn, in honor of his golden anniversary as a surgeon. Dr. S. Parkes Cadman. Dr. Gordon was born in Maine received his medical degree at Dartmouth College.

He entered St. Mary's Hospital as an interne on Jan. 1, 1885. Joins Senior Staff He was attending surgeon at the hospital until 1925 when he became a member of the senior staff. He was a charter member of the American College of Surgeons.

Surviving are his widow, a son, Dr. Onslow A. Gordon Jr. and a of daughter, Mrs. Lillian Harrington, all Brooklyn.

Five grandchildren also survive. Mrs. W. C. Trotter Dies in Hospital Great Neck, July 6-Mrs.

Margaret Trotter, who for 12 years had served as a Democratic committeewoman of the 42d Election District in the town of North Hempstead, died yesterday in Nassau Hospital, Mineola, after a long illness. Mrs. Trotter was also active in the affairs of the village of Great Neck. She supported Joseph C. O'Grady, victorious candidate for trustee, in the recent village election.

Geerken John Underwood Rites Conducted Six Ministers Officiate at Services Attended by Business Leaders More than 350 persons attended funeral services for John T. Underwood, retired chairman of the Underwood-Elliott-Fisher Company and founder of the Underwood typewriter business, at the Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church, of which he had been a trustee. The services were conducted by the Rev. Dr. Alvin E.

Magary, pastor of the church, assisted by a nephew of Mr. Underwood, the Rev. John Underwood Stephens. Other clergymen, who took part were the Rev. John Ewing Steen, associate of Dr.

Magary; the Rev. Dr. Elmer E. Gabbard, director of the Buckhorn Association, Buckhorn, of which Mr. Underwood was president, and the Rev.

Dr. Frank L. Gosnell of the Second Presbyterian Church, Auburn. Present at the services were Philip D. Wagoner, president Underwood Company; Matthew Eylar, vice president; the Rev.

Robert W. Anthony, secretary of the Waldensian Society; Darwin R. James, president of the Brooklyn Bureau of Charities, and Dr. O. R.

Avison. The rites at the grave in Greenwood Cemetery were conducted by Dr. Magary, Mr. Stephens and Mr. Steen.

Mr. Underwood, who lived at 336 Washington died Friday at his Summer home at Wianno, Mass. John E. Marsh. Undertaker, Dies John E.

Marsh, 50, a motion picture operator for the past 23 years, who also had conducted an undertaking establishment at 1461 Bushwick Ave. for ten years, died suddenly at that address. Mr. Marsh was a member of St. Thomas' P.

Geerken Dies; Ex-Eagle Cashier Lifelong Boro Resident Employed 22 Years on Newspaper Staff George Henry Geerken, a member of The Eagle, organization for 22 years and for three years its cashier, died Sunday afternoon in his home, 1043 E. 39th after a brief illness. Mr. a lifelong resident of Brooklyn, joined The Eagle as a bookkeeper in the job department, He later was connected the business staff and in January, 1926, was named cashier. He first became affiliated with The Eagle on March 9, 1907.

After serving as cashier for three years, Mr. Geerken joined the R. T. Lingley Company of Manhattan, an accounting firm. Funeral services will be held tonight in the home.

The Rev. W. G. Clark-Duff, pastor of Duryea Presbyterian Church, which Mr. Geerken attended for years, will officiate.
