W. C. Whitely also of Glen Cove, took place yesterday at 4 p.m. St. Paul's Church In Glen Cove.

Only members of the family attended and a small reception followed at the Ferguson residence. The bride is a graduate of Friends Academy, Locust Valley, and oi Edgewood Park, Briarcltff, N. Y. Mr. Whitely was graduated from Hofstra College.
