Matthew Curtis, son of Mrs. Mary Curtis of 39 S. Elliott Place. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Chrysostom Drlscoll, and was followed by a reception at the Franklin Jamaica.

Miss Farnum had Miss Helen Farnum as maid of honor and Miss Rita Farnum as bridesmaid. The bride wore a gown of ivory satin made with a train and a lace yoke, Her veil of illusion fell from a cap and she wore a face veil which ex- tended to the hem of her gown, The bride carried a prayer book with showers of lilies of the valley and ribbons. The maid of honor wore a green gown, fuchsia trim med, and a green horsehair picture hat with fuchsia velvet trimming and carried fuchsia-colored flowers. The bridesmaid wore a maize gown trimmed with green and hat slippers and a hat of contrasting colors. The church was profusely decorated with lilies and palms.

Francis C. Hugelmeyer of Lake Ronkonkoma was best man, and the ushers were William O. Hencke of Laurelton and Chester A. Rogers of Jamaica, Mr. and Mrs.

Curtis will go to Bermuda and Nassau on the Holland-America liner Rotterdam and upon their return will live at Woodhull Gables, Hollis. JANTZEN SCHNEIDER Mr. and Mrs. John Jantzen of 836 Lincoln Road announce the engagement of their daughter. Miss Margarete Marie Jantzen, to Kenneth H.

Clarke Bedford; prize for originality a book on metals, given by Mrs. Carroll L. Nichols. The fine arts prize for junior exhibitors will be art material given by Mrs. Camp Fire Girls There will be a camp reunion, swim and lunch at the Hotel St.

George on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. While this Is a reunion of counsellors and campers, Camp Fire Girls will be present. At the C. W.

S. workers' craft exhibit at Namm's store, on Fulton Friday, and Saturday the Camp Fire Girls will have a display on Saturday morning. Several of them will be actually doing handcraft work in the window. The Guardians Association will meet on May 2 at their headquarters in Brooklyn at 8 o'clock. Mrs.

Gordon K. Smith will have charge or the tea table, Club Day, May 29, week for the blind. The Camp Fire Girls will serve, and their mothers and friends are invited to visit them at the Camp Fire table. A group of Camp Fire Girls will also sell candy at a card party given that afternoon. A camp exhibit will be held at Abraham Straus during May.

The Brooklyn Camp Fire Girls will have a booth and will have charge of the program two days during the exhibit. Friday, May 17, ls the big date for the Camp Fire Girls, when they will have their rally at the Bedford Branch of the Y. M. C. giving three plays, "The Fatal Quest," "Murder at Large" and "These Things Have I Spoken," to which their parents and friends are invited.

Mil, Mildred Henderton of president of the Athletic Atiociation CONCERT AND DANCE The students of the Flatbush Teacher Training School will give a concert on Monday evening, May 20, at the Flatbush Congregational Church for the benefit of the Con gregational Italian Mission, where the students provide for the services of a teacher. Carl H. Tollef- sen, head of the music department of the Flatbush Teacher Training School and the Flatbush School, will be the director of the concert. Assisting the student teachers will be a group of high school students of the Flatbush School.

Miss Alice Vogel, president of the student body of the Flatbush Teacher Training School, is chairman of the concert. Miss Betty Hough of Rockvllle Centre is chairman of the ticket committee, and Miss Helen Koliler is faculty adviser. Dancing will follow the conceit.
