Di Lorenzo. lawyer, civic leader, political worker and general chairman of the Catholic Big Brothers of Brooklyn, died vesterday at the age of 77. She was the widow of Michael Di Lorenzo, who died in 1920. Coming to this country from Italy in 1899. Mrs.

Di Lorenzo had made her home in Brooklyn since. She was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis and the Rosary Society of the Precious Blood R. C. Church, Bay 46th St.

and Harway of which she had long been a parishioner. Besides Ross former Exalted Ruler of the Brooklyn Lodge of Elks and an active worker in the 19th A. D. Democratic Organization, Mrs. Di Lorenzo is survived by four daughters, Mrs.

Mary Zagami, Mrs. Antoinette Tornello, Mrs. Josephine Weber and Mrs. Camille Baldari: another son, Anthony J. Di Lorenzo; two brothers, Dominick and Paul Potenzano, and 19 grandchildren.

Mr. Gimma, a native of Italy, came to the United States more than 40 years ago, and became head of the food importing firm that bore his name.
