The Rev. Victor A. Menard officiated. The reception took place at the Pierrepont. Mr.

Heichel gave his daughter in marriage. The bride was attired in a gown of white satin. Her veil was crowned with orange blossoms. She carried white roses and lilies of the valley. Matron of honor was Mrs.

Keith Fulsher, who wore a powder blue dress. The bridegroom's brother, Walter Stehnach, attended as the best man. Keith Fulsher ushered. Mrs. Stehnach was graduated from Brooklyn College in June.

Warren E. Carleton of 140 Henry St. and the late Mr. Carleton, and Theodore A. Kelly, son of Harry S.

Kelly of 73 Remsen took place terday at St. Charles Borromeo's R. C. Church. The Rev.

Joseph Tinnelly, associate dean of St. John's University Law School, officiated. The reception was held at the Carleton residence. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Joseph Doyle. She wore a white satin, princess-style dress.

Her illusion veil fell from a crown of seed pearls. She carried orchids, with lilies of the valley on a prayerbook. Mrs. George Sheehan attended as matron of honor. She was dressed in a deep turquoise gown, with a matching feather hat.

She carried American Beauty roses. Serving as the best man was Joseph Walling. The ushers included Crescent Ragona and Seymour Brody. Mrs. Kelly is a graduate of Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School and attended Pace Institute, Manhattan.

Mr. was graduated from the University of Ohio and St. John's University Law School. The couple will live at 73 Remsen St. Eileen Jane Conway Becomes Bride Of Edward J.

Brown The R. C. Church of St. Ephrem was the scene yesterday of the marriage of Miss Eileen Jane Conway, daughter of Edward G. Conway of 649 83d to Edward J.

Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy Brown of 2791 Briggs the Bronx. A reception took place at the Towers Hotel. The bride's maid of honor was O'Connell.

Her Misdesmaids" were Mrs. Howard Peck, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Virginia Lee. Howard Peck served as the best man. Ushering were Edward Conway, the bride's brother, and William Campbell. The bride was dressed in a satin gown trimmed with Chantilly lace with a fingertip illusion veil.

She carried an orchid and stephanotis on a pra; arbook. The three attendants wore dresses of purple and gold changeable taffeta. They carried with gold and purple pompons matching flowers as headpieces. After a motor trip through New York and New England, Mr. and Mrs.

Brown will live in Bay Ridge. Mrs. Brown attended St. Joseph's College and the bride. groom was educated at Fordham and New York Universities.

He served with the Army Air Force and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. The first executive meeting of the season of the Motion Picture Council for Brooklyn will take place tomorrow, 10 a.m., at the Central Young Men's Christian Association, Hanson Pl. Mrs. Lewis P.
