E. Scanlan, Of Police Captain Pastor's Mother Mrs. Nora Fagan of 115-71 205th St. Albans, died yesterday at the age of 71. She was the widow of John Fagan, an active figure in Brooklyn Democratic circles many ago, and the mother of Acting Capt.

Edward Fagan of the Police Crime Laboratory, Manhattan Police Headquarters. Mrs. Fagan, who spent the greater part of her life in Brooklyn. was born in Manhattan. She lived for a number of vears in Flatbush and about three years ago moved to Queens.

The funeral will be held Saturday from the Dennis J. Kennedy Funeral Home. 58-20 Roosevelt Woodside. A solemn mass of requiem will be offered at 10 a.m. in St.

Joan of Are R. C. Church, Jackson Heights. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Her husband died in 1924.

P.M. Jessup, Ex-Brooklyn Priest The Rev. Peter M. Jessup, 64, former chaplain at the St. John's Home for Boys, died Tuesday in Dearborn, according to word received here today.

He had been in poor health for a number of years. Father Jessup. who also had been chaplain of St. Malachy's. Home, Rockaway Park, was born in Saugerties, attended St.

John's Seminary. 'He was assigned as a curate at St. Camillus R. C. Church, Rockaway Beach, shortly after his ordination.

He is survived by a sister. Mrs. Dorothy M. Fulton of Edgemere. Services and burial will be tomorrow in Saugerties.

Mrs. C. A. McNally, Helped Start Parish Mrs. Catherine A.

McNally. one of the earliest parishioners of St. Agatha's R. C. Church, 7th Ave.

and 49th died in her sleep yesterday, at her home, 1396 Troy was 78. McNally, a native of Ireland. came to this country more than 60 years ago and had elived in Brooklyn since. Soon coming to the borough she became a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Bay Ridge and then moved into St. Michael's parish.

For many years she lived at 630 47th and when St. Agatha's parish was established she threw open the doors of her home for its first benefit. During all these vears she retained her membership in the Holy Family Societv of Our and Lady of several Perpetual Help Church, vears ago awarded a ribbon in recognition of 50 years' membership. She was the widow of Michael J. McNally, a member of the New York Fire Department, who for many years was attached to Engine Company 241 on Bay Ridge and then Engine Company 228 on 39th Street.

Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Purtell and Mrs. Alice Boesen: a son. Thomas J.

McNally: three brothers. Francis John and Patrick McCarty, and seven grandchildren. A solemn mass of will be offered at 9:30 requiem, urday in the Church of the Little Flower. Troy Ave. and Avenue D.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. 7 Mrs. Taormina, Doctor's Mother Mrs. Grace Taormina, 79, died yesterday of a heart attack at her home, 203 Knickerbocker Ave. She was the widow of Joseph Taormina, who died three weeks ago and the mother of Joseph Taormina an X-ray technician, who died last March 22.

Born in Italy, she came to this country as a young woman and had lived in Brooklyn for the last 60 years. She survived by a son. Dr. Louis J. Taormina.

Brooklyn physician; five daughters, Rose Taormina, Mrs. Catherine Belmonte, Mrs. Mae Parmitier, Mrs. Josephine Palminteri and Mrs. Grace Davis.

The funeral will be held Saturday from the Fairchild Chapel 951 Atlantic followed by a solemn mass of requiem in St. Leonard's R. C. Church. Wilson Ave.

Born in Manhattan. Mr. Krewer was brought as a child to Brooklyn where he had lived ever since. He was graduated from St. Francis College in 1904 and later received a degree in engineering from Columbia University.

Surviving are his widow. Mrs. Emma McGroarty Krewer; a daughter, Mrs. Regina Blewett: three sons. Henry Raymond P.

and Arthur R. Krewer: a sister. Mrs. Lucy Dunne: three brothers, Louis. Arthur and Nicholas Krewer, and four grandchildren.
