NORTHRIDGE, NOTED INTERIOR DECORATOR, DIES Northridge, noted borough interior decorator, died yesterday at his home, 601 E. 21st after an illness of two months. Born in Brooklyn, the son of the late William J. and Caroline Northridge, he succeeded his father in the interior decoration business. Father and son cov-8 ered a span of 100 years as leading interior decorators here.

They were the decorators of many outstanding homes, banks and churches in metropolitan New York. Marion O. ridge's last job, the redecorating of All Souls Universalist Church, Ocean and Ditmas was completed last month. His father was a founder of St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church, where a tablet in his memory has been placed near the chancel.

The body will lie in state in the sanctuary of All Souls Church today and Friday. The funeral services will be held at p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be Saturday morning in the family plot in Evergreens Centetery. Mr.

Northridge is survived by his wife, Mrs. Adele St. John Northridge, member of an old Brooklyn, family; a sister, Mrs. Albert Sutherland, and three brothers, Dr. William Smyel C.

Ole Helge Bakke, Attache, Slain by Sniper in Jerusalem Funeral services for Ole Helge Bakke, 29, Norwegian member of the United Nations staff who was killed in Mount Scopus, Jerusalem, on July 13 by a sniper's bullet while on guard duty, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Norwegian Seamen's Church, 331 1st Place. His body, which arrived in Brooklyn yesterday on the Exemplar of the American Export Line, was taken to the Halvorsen Chapel, 5310 it will remain until the The services will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Folser was associated with the National Biscuit Company for more than 25 years before his retirement some years ago. He is also survived by a daughter, Sister Xavier Miriam. head dietitian at St. Vincent's Hospital: three sisters land one brother.

He lived at 35. Faneuil Place, New Rochelle. A solemn requiem mass will he offered at the Holy Family R. C. Church, New Rochelle, at 11 a.m.

Frank J. Perry, 73, Retired Engineer Frank Jason Perry. 73. a civil engineer for the city for 38 years until his retirement 10 years ago, died yesterday in Midwood Hospital. His home was at 234 St.

James Place. Mr. Perry, whose father, the late Timothy Perry, was a wellknown lawyer and banker, was graduated from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and served in the Spanish American War. He was a Mason, an Elk and a charter member of the Society of Military Engineers. Services will be held in the Messiah Incarnation Episcopal Church, Greene and Clermont at 2 p.m.

STerling 3-7700 Woman, 63, Killed, 5 Injured In 3 Boro, L. I. Auto Mishaps A 63-year-old woman was! dead and five persons were injured in three automobile accidents in Brooklyn and Long Island. One of the mishaps was a freak one in Brooklyn, during which a taxi collided with a private car, bounced 25 feet and smashed into two parked cars. The dead woman was Francesca Manitta of Middle Country Centereach, who was crushed to death when the emergency brake of a truck slipped and the vehicle pinned her against a barn on the farm she helped to operate.

She was feeding pigs when killed. As for the freak crash. two persons were injured and four cars were damaged in varying degrees as fire apparatus responded to extinguish a blaze in one of the cars. James Reed of 747 Halsey St. was driving a cab east of Greene Ave.
