Est. 45 Fears BUckminster 2-0174 1925 Church Avenue Charles W. Mason, Spanish War Vet Charles Wilcox Mason, Spanish-American War veteran and retired storekeeper at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, died yesterday in his home, 15 Windsor Place. He was 75. Mr.

Mason was born in Half Day, and lived in Brooklyn 40 years. He went to work for the Navy Yard in 1905 and retired six years ago. For many years he was a member of M. A. Rafferty Camp, United Spanish War Veterans, and Admiral Yates Sterlling Post, V.

F. W. He was a member also of Adytium Lodge, 640, F. A. M.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Amanda E. Mason: two sisters. Mrs. E.

McDermott of Waukegan, and Mrs. Gladys Sayre of Chicago. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. tomorrow in the Walter B. Cooke Funeral Home, 50 7th Ave.

Burial will be in Pinelawn Cemetery on Thursday. Milton W. Harrison, Banker, Rail Chief Frank A. Bronxville, Aug. 9.

-Milton between railroad W. Harrison of 25 Sagamore Road, Bronxville, member of the executive committee of the Bowery Savings Bank, Manhattan, and chairman of the board of the Midland Continental Railroad in the Middle West, died here yesterday in Lawrence Hospital. He was 60. Mr. Harrison, a native of Brooklyn, was a graduate of St.

Lawrence University and the Brooklyn Law School. He also received a diploma from the New York University School of Accounting, Commerce and Financing and from the American Institute of Banking. Only recently Mr. Harrison organized Cost, 270 Park Manhattan, its aim being to educate the public on government spending and taxation. For 11 years he was president of the Security Owners Corporation and mediated dis- Clarence F.

Lamont, vice president of the Title Guarantee Trust Company in charge of the Brooklyn office, 196 Montague died yesterday at the Lamont home in Cobleskill, N. where he had lived since retirement in 1947. He was his. Born in Cobleskill, Mr. Lamont graduated from Cobleskill High School, and studied law in the office of his grandfather, the late William C.

Lamont. Later he was employed by the Cobleskill Index. He was admitted to bar in 1905 after attending the Albany Law School. Coming to Brooklyn, soon after finishing his taw course, he opened an office here which he maintained for several years. He became associated with the Title Guarante and Trust Company at an early and was made one of its officers in 1924 and then advanced to vicepresident.

Mr. Lamont was an officer and director of the Long Island Safety Deposit Company and a director of the City Real Estate Corporation. He was a member Athletic of the Crescent Club and an officer of the Union Church of Bay Ridge at the time the edifice was built. He also was a membership of the Cobleskill Golf and Country Club. His wife, the former Iva B.

Hanson, whom he married in 1909, died in 1925. They lived in the Park Slope district and then for many years in Bay Ridge. Surviving are his son, Robert of Cobleskill, with whom he lived: two grandchildren, and Mary Ann Lamont; a ter, Mrs. M. E.

Huested of North Bergen, N. and nieces, Mrs. William Marcy of Albany, Mrs. Kenny Phelps of Baldwin and Dr. Harriet Huested of Baltimore.

Funeral services will be held at the Lamont farm in Cobleskill at 2 p.m. putes management and labor. Mr. Harrison, former publisher and editor of the Savings Bank Journal, was an organizer and former executive manager of the New York State and the International Savings Banks! Association. He also had been secretary of the Savings Bank Section of the American Bankers Association and was assistant educational director of the American Institute of Banking.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Irene Seiberling Harrison; two daughters, Mrs. Oliver Henry Fulton and Gertrude Faith Harrison; a son, Robert Frank Harrison; a brother, Lawrence S. Harrison, and three sisters, Mrs. John Wesley Hill, Mrs.

George B. Nichols and Mrs. Charles Bechtold. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Christ Church, Bronxville.

Frank X. Nolan, 60, Services Tonight Sold Machinery For Paul Jelenek Baldwin, Aug. 9-Frank X. Nolan, a salesman for the United Shoe Machinery Company of Boston, died suddenly yesterday at his home, Benedict Place, Baldwin. He was 60.

Mr. Nolan, born and educated in New York City, was a veteran of World War and past chaplaian of Legion. Baldwin He Post formerly 246, lived in Brooklyn. A salemn requiem mass will be offered at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Most Holy Rosary R.

McFeely, Ex- Hoboken Boss Hoboken, Aug. 9 (U.P.)-Bernard N. McFeely, 58, former major and political boss of Hoboken, died at his home last night. He had been ill for several months. Funeral arrangements were being completed today.

A lifelong resident of Hoboken, McFeely became leader of the local Democratic party in 1925 and was the first lieutenant of former Mayor Frank Hague of Jersey City, with whom he joined on State and county politics. He was mayor from 1930 to 1947, when his machine was swept out of office by a fusion ticket headed by the present mayor, Fred M. De Sapio. 23irthday Remembrances JACKSON-RICHARD G. 18th will officiate. There also will be Masonic rites. Mr. Jelenek, who lived at 104 Linden Boulevard, died Sunday after a long illness. He was' born in Germany 68 years ago, the son of Anton Jelenek, a portrait painter, and was brought to this country when four years of age.

Elected in 1932 as head of the Associated Music Teachers League, he served in that post until 1935. At one time he was an instructor at the New York College Music. He was a ber of the Brooklyn Music Teachers Guild and of Greenwood Lodge 569, F. A. M.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Esther Jelenek; three daughters, Mrs. Hermia Gustavson, Mrs. Elvera Anderson and Mrs. Esther Williams, and three grandchildren.

R. S. McEnaney, 51, Ex-Boro Contractor A solemn requiem mass for Russell S. McEnaney, 51, formerly Brooklyn plumbing and heating contractor, who died Saturday of a heart attack in his home, 3805 Gulf Boulevard, St. Petersburg, will be offered at 9:30 a.m.

Mr. McEnaney, for many wears in business at 1512 Nostrand retired early in 1948 and soon after left for Florida. He had long been a member of the Brooklyn Lodge of Elks, the Emerald Association and the Master Plumbers Association of Brooklyn. He formerly belonged to the Cathedral Club. Surviving are his wife, Mary; a daughter, Mrs.
