Mary Mulligan Married to Thomas Watters The wedding of Miss Mary Mulligan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Mulligan. of 168 91st to Thomas Watters, son of Mr.

and Mrs. John Watters of 521 62d took place at a nuptial mass at St. Patrick's R. C. Church.

The Rev. William T. Smith officiated and Edward Mulligan, brother of the bride, assisted at the mass as altar boy. A reception was held at the Towers Hotel, Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle with a pleated hemline over satin. Her illusion veil was held in place by a cap of Chantilly lace trimmed with lilies of the valley.

Miss Helen O'Connor was maid of honor and Miss Jean Watters, sister of the bridegroom, Miss Maureen Mulligan, cousin of the bride, acted as bridesmaids. All the attendants were similarly attired in ballerina gowns of blue with Chantilly lace bodices and skirts of tulle over taffeta. They carried bouquets of colored roses and wore crowns of the flowers. Patrick Watters was best man for his brother. Thomas Mulligan, brother of the bride, and Joseph Watters, brother of the bridegroom, served as ushers.

The couple will reside in Brooklyn after their return from a Florida wedding trip. Her veil of nylon illucascaded from a lace and sequin studded crown and her bouquet orchids, lilacs and stephanotis. Mrs.

Howard Benson, cousin of the bride, was matron of honor and wore a lime-green faille gown with French lilacs in her hair. She carried a bouquet of the flowers. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Kenneth Johansen of NarHerbert rowsburg, Messner N. of and Staten Mrs.

Is- land, who were attired in mauve faille, and Miss Jane Stowell of Alexandria, and Miss Eleanor Borries of West Englewood, N. J. They wore maize faille gowns. All the bridesmaids carried French lilacs and wore matching floral headpieces. Kenneth Johansen served as best man and the ushers included Harry J.

Bay Ridge Guild To Have Card Party The Bay Ridge Catholic Action Guild has completed plans for its annual card party to be held on May 14 at St. Anselm's Auditorium. The proceeds of the event will finince the activities of the group in maintaining the Bay Ridge Center, 8414 3d Ave.

The center is staffed every day with volunteers from noon until 9 p.m. and a library and reading room are available. A lace cap held her French illusion veil in place. She carries a missal with orchids and lilies of the valley. She was attended by her sister, Miss Virginia Celenza, who wore a mauve gown of taffeta and tulle. She carried purple pansies and wore a halo of same. Joseph Liguori was the best man.

Martin Will Wed in the Fall Announcement has been made of the engagement of Miss Barbara Jeane Schroeder, daughter of John L. Schroeder of 894 E. 35th to Donald James Martin of Maui, Hawaii, son of Mrs. Mary W. Martin and the late James Martin.

The couple plans to be married in September. Miss Schroeder, daughter also of the late Mrs. Mabel W. Schroeder, is employed by the Brooklyn Tuberculosis Health Association. Mr.

Martin is a junior at Springfield College, Springfield, studying for his B.S. degree in recreation and youth leadership. Jean Salvio's Marriage Made Known John Salvio of 1829 W. 4th St. announces the marriage of his daughter, Miss Jean Salvio, Salvatore Pirrotta, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Rosario Pirrotta of 2701 Harway Ave. The ceremony took place at the Church of SS. Simon and Jude and a reception and buffet dinner followed at the Terrace. The bride wore a gown of white nylon tulle with a bodice of lace trimmed with sequins, and a crown of white pearl orange blossoms.

She carried a prayer book with white orchids and lilies of the valley. Mrs. Joan Contini, the matron of honor, was attired in a green seafoam tulle gown with lace bodice, and a matching bonnet covered with tiny flowers. The Miss Camella Pirrotta, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Columbia Mattera, cousin of the bride, wore similar gowns in lilac. The flower girl, Miss Patricia Salvio, niece of the bride, wore a mauve nylon organdy gown and a wreath of ivy as a crown.

All carried bouquets of orchids with green ivy sprays. John Pirrotta, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. The ushers were Joseph Cortese and 'Paul Rizzi. Both the bride and bridegroom are graduates of Lafavette High School. Mrs.

Pirrotta is associated with the Popular Science Publishing Company. Mr. Pirrotta is with the New York City Board of Transportation. After a honeymoon in the Poconos, the couple will reside in Brooklyn. A daughter, Eileen Ann Stevens, was born to Mr.

and Mrs. Alexander Stevens of Brooklyn on April 25 at the Jewish Hospital. The couple also have a son, John Alexander. Mrs. Stevens is the former Irene Sheehan of Flatbush.

Frances Ross Frances Ross, L. W. Wahl to Wed Announcement is made of the engagement of Miss Frances Ross, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nass of 861 Wyckoff to Lawrence Wahl, son of Mr.

She wore a lavender nylon tulle gown and carried a cascade bouquet of sweet peas with orchids in the center. The bridesmaids, Miss Barbara Petillo of Brooklyn Miss Marie Gallanda of Philadelphia, were attired in nile green nylon tulle and carried old-fashioned bouquets. Miss Margaret Ann Settimo, sister of the bride, and Miss Patricia Zaccaria, niece of the bridegroom, were the flower girls and wore nile green taffeta and organdy dresses and carried old-fashioned bouquets.

Louis Canuso of Philadelphia was the best man. The ushers were Richard and John Zaccaria of Philadelphia. After a Miami honeymoon, the couple will reside in Philadelphia. The bride was graduated from Manuel High School and attended Hunter College. She is associated with the American Tobacco Company.
