Saul S. Davis Will Marry Vivian Schwartz Mr. and Mrs. Emil Schwartz of Manhattan announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Vivian E. Schwartz, to Saul Stephan Davis, Mr.

and Mrs. Samuel of "Davis Brooklyn. of Washington Square College The bride is a graduate and New York University Law School. She is admitted to the New York State bar and is practicing in Manhattan. Mr.

Davis attended Brooklyn College, New York University Post-Graduate Law School and received his law degree from St. John's University Law. School. In 1948 he was Special Assistant Attorney General, New York State, and is a member of the faculty of Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, where he teaches law. He is a member of the N.

D. C. Club, a director of the Monroe Club, past chancellor, K. of an associate director of the Beth-El Hospital and vice president of the Albert Einstein Lodge, B'nai B'rith. Mr.

The bodice and sleeves of Alencon lace were now re-embroidered with seed pearls versity and iridescent sequins.
