Mr. Tobin WAS vice president of the Brooklyn Council and a member of the national board of the Boy Scouts. He was honored with the Silver Buffalo for distinguished service to boyhood at the annual dinner of the Boy Scouts of Amerloa. held in Chicago In 1935. Mr.

Tobin also was a member of Brooklyn Lodge. 22. B. P. O.

and the American-Irish Historical "Society. He was treasurer of the National Catholic Community Service in Brooklyn. He was formerly A member of the old Crescent Athletic Club. He WAS born in Manhattan, a son of the late William and Mary Tobin. He is survived by his widow, Martha; a son.

Eadie of Flushing, President of Real Estate Firm Funeral services for James P. Eadie, president of the real estate firm of James N. Wells' Sons. in Manhattan, who died yesterday in his home at 143-30 Barclay Flushing, will be held at p.m. tomorrow in the Dutch Reformed Church in Flushing.

Burial will be private. Mr. Eadie, who was 73. was born in Canada and came to New York in 1890. He became associated with the real estate concern shortly afterwards and became A partner of the late William J.

Wells in 1908. He assumed complete ownership and control of the business upon the death of Mr. Wells in 1913, and completed 49 years service with the firm last March. Mr. Eadie was considered an expert on West Side, Manhattan.

real estate values and on the subject of long-term leases. He took an active part in the rezoning of a large section of the West Side and consummated many real estate deals in the important, district. The firm's offices are at 340 W. 23d in the heart of that area. He was a director of the Twentythird Street Association and of Alvares, Raoul Bauersfeld.

John F. Manning Jr. and Thomas Manning. Milton Harrington, Psychiatrist, 58 Dr. Milton Harrington, psychiatrist, who was a consultant in mental hygiene to Erasmus Hall High School from 1924-to 1927, died yesterday in his Summer home at Martha's Vineyard, it became known today.

He was 58 and lived at Napanoch, N. Y. Dr. Harrington had been connected for 10 years, until recently, with the New York State Department of Correction. He was instructor psychiatry Cornell Medical School from 1920 to 1924 and also had served as an attending specialist to the United States Veterans Bureau.

Desch; five grandchildren And four great -grandchildren. 1,000,000 Posters Advertise Parade Air raid wardens, taxicab, bus and trolley car drivers, police and firemen, subway maintenance men and trucking company and movie house employes today posted the city with many of the 1.000.000 notices issued by Grover Whalen. chairman of the Mayor's Committee for Mobilization of New York at War, to advertise the big parade on June 13. Mr. Whalen said that some 2.000.- 000 persons would see the patriotic parade on 5th Manhattan.

Francis, Veteran of 2 Wars Served in 1898 and 1918 -Protected Factories Funeral services for James W. Francis, 60. a veteran of the SpanIsh -American War and an agent in the Military Intelligence Division of the United States Army in the first World War, who died Monday at Windham, N. were held last night in the Feeney Sons Chapel, 1847 Broadway. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Pinclawn today.

Mr. Francis was born in this city, March 9, 1862. and after being discharged from the navy in 1004 joined the police force of the Board of Water Supply. He received A leave of absence in 1918 to join the Military Intelligence Division and was assigned to protect munitions plants in the Detroit area. After the war he was promoted to sergeant and served as a watershed inspector.

Surviving are his widow. Charlotte: a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Brandt, and a grandson. The funeral services were conducted by the members of Wheeling Naval Post 2000. V.

He WAR 55. Mr. White became A salesman for the 'American Radiator Company in 1909 upon his graduation from Purdue University. He became general manager of the Glen Cove company in 1917 and left it in 1921 to become president of Taco Heaters. Inc.

His widow. Mrs. Luella P. White: A daughter and a son. survive.

John D. Bulkeley, today was the proud possessor of a birthday present from the army. It was the award of the Oak Leaf Cluster.

News of the honor was received yesterday by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Goodman, at their home, 6515 Avenue N. They said David was at Pearl Harbor at the time of the Japanese attack Dec. 7 and that they last heard from him from an 1 Australian port on Easter.

A native of Brooklyn and a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School, he has been in the navy for five years. An elder brother, Samuel, is a private in the Army Air Corps at Charlotte, N. C. BETH-EL ALUMNI URGE PROSECUTION OF COUGHLIN The Alumni Association of Beth- -El Hospital, Rockaway Parkway and Avenue has adopted a resolution calling upon former City Magistrate Joseph Goldstein to petition Attorney General Francis C. Charles E. Cough'in, Perrin E. Schwartz and all others connected Social Justice for treason and sedition against the United States. ARMY TO START NAMING DIMOUT VIOLATORS The army, equipped with data gathered from land, sea and air tests, will this week begin "naming names" of dimout regulation violators, Maj.
