Mr. Baillie, who lived at 8402 4th died Friday. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and came to Brooklyn in 1923, servoffing since then as a timekeeper in the building division of the Board of Transportation and the BMT. A naturalized citizen, Mr. Baillie was a district captain in the 9th A.

D. Club. He had been a Mason for 40 years, joining Lodge in Scotland before comto America. Surviving are his wife, Mary; a son, George a daughter, Mrs. Gertrude M.

Collins; a sister, Kitty Baillie; a brother, James, and three grandchildren. Peter Shepherd, 75, Martin J. Nally, 71, Rites Tomorrow Ex-Bliss Employe Peter Shepherd, 75, of 474 (11th a ship carpenter and former seaman, died Friday in Methodist Hospital. He was born Twillingate, Newfoundland, and came to Brooklyn in 1900. Mr.

Shepherd for many years was employed by the Bethlehem Steel specializing in the rebushing of ships' wheels. Surviving are his wife, Rebecca; three daughters, Mrs. Leona Peterson, Mrs. Agnes Clements and Mrs. Eleanor Ross; two sons, Wesley and Peter, and 12 grandchildren.

Joseph E. Mulvey, 72, Ex-Newspaper Executive Auburn, N. June 9 (U.P.)- Funeral services wil lbe held here Monday for Joseph Eugene Mulvey, 72, former New York City newspaper executive. Mr. Mulvey, connected for many years with the Hearst newspapers and treasurer of the Journal of Commerce before his retirement 15 years ago, died in a hospital at Ithaca last night.
