Mrs. Mary Childs Draper entertained members of the committee composed of representatives of all the mothers of The People's Institute, United Neighborhood Guild at tea at her home, 61 Prospect Park West Thursday afternoon. Miss Doris Draper assisted her mother at the tea table. Representatives of 21 groups attended and discussed plans for a Spring luncheon and afternoon program to be held at the Towers Hotel the latter part of April. Six well-known authors will be guests at the luncheon, and will take part in the program following the luncheon.

The occasion will be open to people interested in the work of the People's Institute. United Neighborhood Guild and those supporting the organization at present. Swedish Hospital Auxiliary To Have Dinner on April 3 The meeting of the Women's Auxiliary of the Swedish Hospital was held on Tuesday afternoon at Edling Hall. Peter B. Hanson presided. Mrs. Jean Monceau read the minutes of the previous meeting and Mrs. Albin Rothoff read the report of the card party which was held recently at the Chatelaine.

C. N. Townsend Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Elizabeth Ben-ziger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adelrick Benziger of Diamond Tail Bar Ranch, Jelm, Wyoming, to Robert Carter Nicholas Townsend, son of Mrs.

Nicholas Townsend of Manhattan, and Edward N. Townsend of Cold Spring Harbor, on Tuesday. The ceremony took place in the office of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception by Mons. Joseph Bosettl. Only immediate families were present.

The bride's sister and brother, MLss- Sally Benziger and Adrian Benziger, were the attendants. The couple will visit in New Mexico and Arizona on their wedding trip and upon their return will make their home on a ranch. The bride was educated at the convent of the Sacred Heart in Toklo and in Brussels and Paris. She is a granddaughter of the late Adelrick Benziger and of the Countess of Sarntheln, Austria, and is a niece of Baroness von Schnehen of Salzburg. On the maternal side she is a "granddaughter of the late Mr.
