Fifth who died at Miami, on Feb. 16, left his entire estate of approximately $100,000 to his wife, Tillle, of the same address, according to the will filed -vith Surrogate Win-gate. Orthodox Jews were surprised at the time of Mr. Hnber's death when it as tw be interred as a Christian.

His mother, Mrs. Leah Haber, protested against burial in Genola Cemetery East Northixirt. She went to court against Mr. Haber's wife, Esther, in an effort to compel her to surrender her son's body for burial as a Jew, saying that he had always observed all the Jewish rites. Mr.

Haber was married In a Presbyterian church and attended the services in that congregation, according to testimony given by Mrs. Esther Haber. He was an authority on fuel matters and was frequently quoted in the newspapers. Mr. Drummond during the war was assistant to Kings Countv Fuel Administrator Frederic E. Gunnison. In 1922 he was appointed Deputy Fuel Administrator for Klnes and Queens for the State Fuel Administration.

After serving a.s deputy fuel administrator for Kings and Queens In became associated with the Brooklyn Coal Exchnnce a.s scire- rV and later held the same office when the name of the organization was cnangeci to the coal Merchants Association of Brooklyn and Queens. The group later changed Its name to the Fuel Merchants Association, inc. Mr. Drummond was a member of the Crescent Athletic Club for many years and was a charter member of u0bf the Garden City Golf Club. formerly was a member Wheatley Hills Golf Club.
