CLARA LANE and her Unusual Enterprise From an Interesting Article by a Well-known Authority: "It is high time we had a reliable organization to which all unmatried people could write for legitimate leads. Too many oldsters snicker when one mentions this important problem. Our entire nation, however, depends on happy homes. We need professional orcanizations, introducing men and women of similar ages, tastes and cultural backgrounds for the purpose of life-long friendships." Twelve years ago I started opening the CLARA LANE FRIENDSHIP CENTERS as fast as it was possible and really it is "big business" today.

wish other enterprising people of stability with a few thousand dollars would write to me AS to how they too can operate friendship center. have been told that I have one of America's strangest large business enterprises. Sometimes I am called "marriage broker" though don't like the expression. What do is introduce people who are interested in making enduring friendships. Altogether in the past 10 years I have introduced more than 100,000 people.

"Cupid Is My Business" PILLARS OF MARRIAGE Success in marriage, Miss Lane says, is based on the following four pillars: 1. The two people involved must feel a deep need for each other. 2. They, must respect each other persons. 3.

They must have congenial tastes and ideals so that they can achieve a lasting companionship. 4. They must be determined to make their marriage work. With these four pillars to says Miss Lane, deep and abiding love is bound to flourish.
