Their dad, Harry, was a famous semi-pro player with the St. Patrick's club, which played at Nostrand and Wil-loughby Aves. before Wo'rld War I. The three brothers are nephews of Jimmy Ring, former well-known major league pitcher with the Dodgers, Reds ond Giants. Chaminade School of Mineola picked Danny Lynk on their All-Opponents team as a halfback.
