Action was taken by the Eastern Aller Owners Association, at a meeting held Monday afternoon at the Grand Central alleys, on the case of the Buffalo Bowling Club, of Manhattan, which, it was charged. POWEB BOAT EACES. Columbia Yacht Club Hegatta on the Hudson. The power boat race of the Columbia Yacht Club will take place on June 16, and will be open to any boat whose owner Is a member of a club enrolled In the American Power Boat Association. The courses will be on the Hudson River, in view of the club house. Distance, 8 nautical miles.

Instructions as to time, signals and racing numbers for boats, will be given out by the committee on the day of the race. The rules of the American Power Boat Aftsociatlon will govern the contests. Starts will be made on handicap time with the exception of boats In Classes and Y. It Is therefore imperative that official ratings shall be filed with the committee before the closing time of entries. Prizes will bo awarded to the winners and a second prize, where four or niore boats finish in a class.
