Miss Merlino, a graduate of St. Agnes Seminary, attended St. Joseph's College for Women, and is at present secretary to the chief photographer of Sperry Gyroscope Company. Sergeant Basini attended Pratt Institute and Mechanics Institute of Arts and Sciences. He is a communications sergeant 111 the 26th (Yankee Division) Infantry Division stationed at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.

St. Agnes Auxiliary To Meet The monthly meeting cf St. Agnes Ladies Auxiliary will be held in Alumnae Hall on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Members of the nominating committee will announced. Mrs.

Leo F. Carey, president, will preside. The auxiliary is sponsoring a Parents and Students Communion Breakfast at 9 o'clock at St. Augustine's Church, followed by breakfast at the Columbus Club. The board of governors.

White Memorial Catholic Association will be held on Wednesday, May 17. at the settlement house, 181 Gold St. On this day the work done by the children at the house during the year is placed on display. In September Fontbonne Hall will celeorate its seventh year in Bay Ridge, It was opened September, 1937, under the supervision of the present directress, M. Dolorita. The high school is conducted by the Sisters of St. Joseph. who were the pioneer religious educators in Brooklyn.

They opened their first school here over 83 years 320- 1856-at the invitation of Bishop Loughlin. Approximately 1.200 members comprise this great community. The mother house 15 in Brentwood. Despite the quick changes in costume and make-up, however. the acts will follow one another without intermissions. The revue, written for the occassion by an unnamed friend of the Juniorate with radio and stage experience, is farce from to finish. It will include humorous takeoffs of oriental magic. a popular radio amateur hour.

Garden City To Be Scene Of Festival Special to the Brooklyn Eagle Garden City, May 6-The fourth Long Island Bach Festival will be held in the Cathedral of the Incarnation tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock.
