John's Cemetery. Mr. Nugent, who lived at 628 Wythe died Thursday in the Mildred Nursing Home in Bensonhurst. He outlived his wife, Mrs. Martha Nugent, first vice president of the women's auxiliary of the Seneca Club, by less than a year, her death having taken place last March 10.

She was former chairman of Local School Board 29. In early life Mr. Nugent was a artist. He had been attached to "the Surrogate's office for the last 15 years and was associated with the court attaches' group which yearly arranges a communion breakfast for Catholic members. Mr.

Nugent was a ber of of Columbus Council, Knights of Columbus. He also had been a member of the Eckford Club. and at one time served as secretary of the organization. Surviving are a son, Gerard a certified public accountant; a daughter, Mrs. Kathryn Deaths O'NEILL-ALICE February 26, 1953.

Rudolph Herriman, retired head of the Wyckoff Heights Hospital pedilatrics department, died yester-' day of a heart attack while visiting at the Garden City Hotel. Mrs. Guarnaccia was born in Brooklyn and educated at Adelphi Academy and Miss I Wheelock's School, She had been a resident of Springfield for a year-and-a-1 half, prior to which she had resided in Brooklyn and Bayport. She was a member of the Southside Hospital Auxiliary, Suffolk County Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Suffield Country Club, Suffield, In addition to her husband and father. Mrs.

Guarnaccia is survived by a son. David Jr. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Ann's P.
