Tlip negro citizens of Greater New York are planning to give one of tha biggest public demonstrations ever given in this city in honor of the famous Tenth United States Cavalry which is to return from the Philippineson July 25.

The churches and the fraternal orders are to unito with the commutes of citizens in making the affair a great success. Upon the arrival of the noted regiment, the soldiers are to be met by a big reception committee. The officers of the committee are: J. Frank Wheaton, chairman; F. Q.
