Realty President Sees Healthy Market William Robert Blake, new president of the Long Island Real Estate Board, addressing the more than 1,000 persons at the annual dinner of the organization last night at the Hotel Biltmore, summed up his forecast of the 1954 realty market with the belief that the outlook is very encouraging. "There is plenty of money available; financing is easier and prices will be, generally firm and commercial and residential construction on Long Island will maintain its present active pace," Blake declared.
