J. F. Mooney, Film Accountant And Former Baseball Player A solemn requiem mass for John Francis (Babe) Mooney, 42, an accountant for Univer-. sal Film Exchanges, Manhattan, and a former local and minor league baseball player, will offered at 9:45 a.m. tomorrow in St.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mr. Mooney, lifelong Brooklyn resident, Thursday in St. Clare's Hospital, Manhattan. He started his baseball career on Flatbush sandlots, playing with the Flatbush Grays and the Celtons, He also played on the varsity team at Fordham University, of which he was a graduate. Later he played with the Greenville, S.

Baseball Club. During World War II Mr. Mooney served with the Merchant Marine. He was as memof the Holy Name Society of St. Thomas Aquinas Church.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Mary K. Ford Mooney, and two brothers, Thomas a member of the New York Police Department, and Peter J. Mooney. Frank Spinner, 73, Retired Painter Frank Spinner, who for many years conducted a painting and decorating business in West Flatbush, died yesterday.

He was 73 and resided at 159 McDonald Ave. Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Spinner in his early years was em- Vincent Crisalli, Ship Co. Engineer Vincent Crisalll, 57. a mechanical engineer the Transport Steamship of Withes Jersey City, died Thursday in his home, 489 Henry St.

Mr. Crisalli, born in Brooklyn, is survived by his wife, Angela; two sons, Anthony and Joseph; three brothers, Acting S. Juror Commissioner Anthony F. Crisalli and Paul and Joseph, and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Marra, Mrs.

Martha Crisalli, Mrs. Santa Copolla and Mrs. Angelino Cacacciolo. The body is at the Falcone Funeral Parlors, Smith and President Sts. The funeral will be held Monday, with mass being offered in St.

Stephen's R. C. Church, Summit and Hicks Sts. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Unwed Mother Lauds Co-Eds' Care of Baby Charleston, Jan.

30 (U.P.) -An unwed mother said today the co-eds of Eastern Illinois State College are giving her baby better care than she despite protests the infant might be "warped" by the controversial class project. The mother, whose identity has never been revealed, said she was glad she loaned the baby to the college for use in a home management course. 17. Mrs. Connors, Patrolman's Widow Mrs. Bridget A. Connors, 77, of 104-25 125th Richmond Hill, formerly of Brooklyn, died yesterday.

She was the widow of John J. Connors, a patrolman who had been attached to Grand Ave. station, and the aunt of the Rev. Edward J. Kiernan, C.M., vice president of Niagara University.

Mrs. Connors, born in County Galway, Ireland, came to the United States in 1895. Before moving to Richmond Hill in 1927 she was a parishioner of St. Matthew's R. C.

Church in the Utica Heights section. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Teresa's Church, 130th St. and 111th Richmond Hill, and of the Catholic Daughters of America. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Mary Crawford of Lynbrook and Mrs. Marguerite Doyle of Richmond Hill; a son, John J. Connors of Richmond Hill; two sisters. Mrs. Julia Kiernan and Mrs.

Kathryn Davis, her nephew, Father (Kiernan; a niece, Lucille Davis, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be held Tuesday from the Leo F. Kearns Funeral Home, 103-33 Lefferts Boulevard, Richmond Hill. A solemn requiem mass will be offered at 10 a.m. in St.
