It is merely getting bark to the Brooklyn system, when all principals selected their teachers from the lists. It was much more satisfactory to the principals. There is some talk ot calling an examination of teachers who are eligible for licenses as first assistants early In the fall, either In September or October.

The announcement has not yet been made, but may be expected soon. This will give such teaehors an opportunity to revise their subjects. Laymen May Know More Than Superintendents. Commissioner Morrison, who Is a resident of Richmond Borough, Is attentive to his duties ns committeeman.
