Sheehan was brought to Brooklyn early in life. He attended the public schools here and was a graduate of old Com mercial High School. Active in Knights of Columbus circles, Mr. Sheehan was a Fourth Degree Knight and a member of Columbus Council. He also was active in the Brooklyn Preparatory School Fathers' Guild, and in 1944 was chairman of its annual communion breakfast. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Irene Ennis Sheehan; three daughters, Mrs.

Margaret Lough-lin, Mrs. Irene Sandlass and Miriam T. Sheehan; two sons, Philip H. and William G. Sheehan; a brother, Dr.

George A. Sheehan and eight grandchil Thomas H. Fahle; devoted mother of Florence Novak, Percy Albert W. and Arthur dear sister of Mrs. John Reppen of Arlington, Virginia; also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

To Burglary Call, Find a Suicide Damano F'iliberto, 55, of 1770 E. 28th telephoned police early today from his place of business, the Manhattan Waste Products Company on the second oor of 408 W. 38th Manhattan, which he owned. He said that burglars had been in the place, and he needed help. When police arrived, they found that burglars had ran sacked not only Filiberto's plant but also an adjoining plant but also an adjoining loft of Benjamin Bresk, coat contractor.

In the Bresk place they found Mr. Bresk, who had come in a few minutes before, and hang' ing by a rope from a steam pipe, the body of F'iliberto on the floor nearby an overturned chair, as if kicked aside bv a man intent on hanging himself.
