MOLLAGHAN JOHN JOE, on November 15, 1953, native of Derna Cross, County Longford, Ireland, served as rabbi In the city of William Reilly, S3, day manager of the Concord Inn, 308 Fulton since 1951, died today in the Hotel St. George. He had previously made his home at 111 Clark St. Mr.

Reilly had been in poor health for several months, and had undergone an operation in St. Clare's Hospital, Manhattan, six weeks ago. He was born on Bolivar in the parish of the old Our Lady of Mercy Church, which was' on Debevoise Place, between Willoughby St. and Myrtle Ave. He attended Our Lady of Mercy parochial school.

For some years Mr. Reilly was associated with a florist shop on Nevins next door to the Brass Rail. During World War II he served a hitch in the Army and later aided the war effort as a shipyard work delinquency. Estroff Charles Samuels, May Farrell, J. The subcommittee will then take a look at actual delinquency conditions in the nation's capital. A spot check of many of the letters and reports of subcommittee official? who have read, the mail indicate that nearly 90 percent of the persons writing agree that; 1. Greater attention to religion in the home is essential to ending social problems of juveniles. 2. The chief reason for the growing delinquency rate is the increasing emphasis on sex and Torah Relief Society, and founder and first president of the Rabbinical Association of Brownsville and East New York.

For many years Rabbi Dachowitz actively participated in the affairs of the Yeshiva Rabbi Chaim Berlin in Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Hebrew Home for the Aged, the Jewish Sanitarium and Hospital for Chronic Diseases, Pride of tides Orphan Home and other charitable institutions and organizations. He js survived by his wife, Leah; five sons, Rabbi Aaron Dachowitz of Bensonhurst, William, Samuel, Solomon and Rabbi Pincus Dachowitz of Flatbush; and three daughters, Mrs. Esther Koschitzki, Mrs. Molly Butler and Mrs. Rose Blumenkrantz.

The funeral cortege will begin tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from his home and will then proceed through the streets of Brownsville to his synagogue at 195 Watkins St. Burial will be in Beth Davis Cemetery, Elmont. 17 (U.P.) U. S. Airman Donald Colerick, 20, of Olean. N. today pleaded innocent before a general court-martial trying him for the murder of a fellow airman.

Colerick was charged forma! ly by the prosecution with the premeditated murder by strangulation of Airman Milton Martinez 21, of Alamosa, Colorado. Capt. Leonard Keiss, the prosecutor, told the court that the strapping six-foot-four-inch Colerick said after the slaying that "1 killed a queer." Martinez' body, beaten about the head and clad only in a T-shirt and khaki trousers, was found on a lonely roadside near the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth on Sept. 6. The general court-martial Is made up of 13 U.

Charters of 57 Lakeside Drive, Rockville Centre, a native of Brooklyn and a former field worker for the Nassau County Department of Welfare, will be held at 8:30 tonight at the Perry Funeral Home, 118 Union here.

Burial, to be private, will be in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, tomorrow. Mr. Charters, a World War I veteran, died Saturday in Fort Hamilton Hospital, Brooklyn. He was born in Brooklyn and attended Trinity School for Boys and sang in the Trinity Church Boys Choir. In early life he was in the candy manufacturing business.

He moved to Rockville Centre 30 years ago. While a resident of Brooklyn, Mr. Charters was senior warden of the Church of the Holy Spirit, 82d near 22(1 and was active in the Boy Scout movement. During the first world war he served as an officer in the Quarter Lady of Angels R. C.

The court heard arguments yesterday from counsel for two press associations and five New York newspapers which sought a ruling against Judge Francis J.

Valente, who last Feb. 9 banned the press and public from the trial of the 23-year-old oleo heir. Thomas A. Diskin, United Press attorney, said a far reaching precedent may be established that would usurp certain rights and privileges granted and guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and the State of New York."
