Warren Young, 86, of Northern Boulevard, Manhasset, said to have been the oldest plaintiff in a civil action in Nassau Supreme Court in several years, lost in a negligence action which he brought against William Malloy yesterday. Young charged that he was hit by an automobile operated by Malloy as he was crossing from the Payne Whitney estate, where he was employed as a carpenter, to his home, directly opposite. The defense brought out that Young was negligent in crossing the road.
