WEDDINGS OF INTEREST THOMA-ELBERT. The marriage of Miss Lona Elbert, daughter of Edward Elbert, and Thoma last night at Stank Mark's Protestant Episcopal Gaurch, Adelphi street, near Wiltoughby avenue. The church was decwhite Easter lilies was the chancel. orated with palms, and, bank of Preceding the ceremony Harry Thoma, brother of the bridegroom, a violinist of the Volpe Orchestra, played a programme of music with the organist of the church, Harold Frederick. The numbers included the "Andante Cantabile," by Tschaikowsky; the "Romance in by Beethoven; the "Bridal from Goldmark's "Rustic Wedding," with the Lohengrin "Bridal Chorus" played for the entrance of the wedding party, and the Mendelssohn "Wedding March' for recessional.

The bride was attired in a white trepe de chine and lace and a shower bouquet of lilies of the valley and white roses. Her tulle veil was adjusted with lilies of the valley. The bridal procession was an extremely pretty one. The two bridesmaids wore costumes of accordion-pleated white net and pink satin, and picture hats of Leghorn, trimmed with wheaths of pink roses and maline. They carried bouquets of pink sweet peas.

The maid of honor wore a gown of pale pink silk and a Leghorn, picture hat, with pink roses. Her bouquet was of pink and white sweet peas. The bride was given away her father, Edward Elbert. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Frederick Wright.

Mr. and Mrs. Thoma, after the reception at the bride's residence, 155 Cumberland street, left for a' honeymoon. at Atlantic City. Mrs.

Edward Elbert was attired in pale blue pussy willow taffeta and Venetian lace. Mrs. Charles Thoma, mother of the bridegroom, was in black taffeta and embroidered chiffon. The usherg were William Thoma Jr. and Frederick Thoma.

Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thoma, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Mr.

August Miller, Ralph Hennessey. GEOGHAN-McGUIRK. St. Teresa's Church, on Classon avenue, corner of Sterling place, was the scene of an elegant wedding yesterday afternoon, at 6 o'clock. The bride was Miss Edna McGuirk, stepdaughter of John Costello, and the bridegroom was William Geoghan.

Preceding the ceremony, there was a programme of organ music, by William Larkin, organist, and Miss Elsa Endeman sang finely the Gounod "Ave Maria" and "Calm as the Night and Deep as the Sea, Shall Be My Love for Thee," by Bohm. The bride's wedding gown was of white silk faille and Georgette crepe, and her tulle veil was adjusted in cap fashion. She carried a shower bouquet of lilies of the valley and white roses. The maid honor, Miss Margaret M. Connor of St.

Louis, was attired in deep pink satin, white lace and narrow black velvet ribbon bows, and wore a black lace picture hat. She carried pink sweet peas combined with orchid colored sweet peas. The bridesmaids, Miss Ray Costello and Miss Jennie Smith, wore gowns of pink taffeta and gold lace medallions. Their picture hats were of pink taffeta and pink satin pond lilies. They carried bouquets of pink sweet peas.

The ceremony was performed by Mgr. Me McNamee. The chancel was decked with palms and white roses. The bride was given aawy by her step-father, John Costello. The house' decorations consisted of pink roses and other floral effects pink.

The reception, for near relatives and friends of the contracting parties was given at the bride's residence, 698 Sterling place. Mr. and Mrs. Geoghan, on their return from their honeymoon, will reside at 1161 President street. The little flower girl, Carol Carmody, was in white net and white lace with a pink sash, and carried a shower basket of pink and white filled with roses.

Manuel B. Pendas was the best man and the ushers, Thomas F. Dawson, Dr. Edward J. Costelloe, Edward J.

Martin, daughter of Mrs. Adele Martin of 514 Forty-fifth street, became the bride of Edward L. Werner, son of Mrs. Charlotte Werner of 425 Forty-ninth street. The ceremony was performed at the home bride at 3 o'clock by Rev.

Martin O. Lepley, pastor of the Eighteenth Street M. E. Church. The bride wore a gown of white crepe de chine and Chantilly lace and carried a shower bouquet of white roses: and lilies of the I valley.

Miss Florence Underwood, bridesmaid and only attendant of the bride, wore a gown of pink and white silk voile and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The best man was Arthur J. Martin, brother of the bride. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs.

After ceremony a reception held at the bride's home which was tastefully decorated for the occasion with palms and ferns intermingled with pink and white carnations. Griffon, son of Mrs. Catherine Griffon of 78 Adelphi street. The bride was attired in white satin and pearls and wore a veil of tulle fashioned in effect with orange blossoms. Her bouquet was a shower of white roses and lilies of the valley, and her only ornament a pearl necklace, a gift of the bridgeroom. Miss Margaret Smith, the bridesmaid, in oriental lace and satin and wearing a large leghorn hat, was the bride's only attendant.

Joseph T. Griffon, a brother of the bridegroom, served 'as best man, and the ushers were Walter R. Griffin and Harry Watts. After the reception, which followed the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs.
