Such a condition also leads some persons. Ignorant of things concerning natural science, to believe that the creatures have actually fallen from the sky. The presence of the toads and the frogs npder such strange circumstances is easily explained. The majority of frogs, upon discovery that the pool or pond in which they make their home is commencing to dry up, will usually find some dump marshy spot nearby where they can remain in comfart until Mother Nature refills the pool with fresh water. Then they will return to the pool and remain until it Urys up again.
