Washington Negro Who Carried a Re- volver Got a Twenty-Day Sentence. In the Court of Special Sessions at Ja maica yesterday, before Judges O'Keefe, Forker and Wilkin, Samuel Armstrong, a negro, who said he came from Washlng- ton tj c. and boarded for the past year in Long Island City, who was arrested several weeks ago on a charge of carry ing a concealed weapon, a pistol, in violation of Section 410 of the Penal Code, was found guilty and Bent to the Queens County Jail for 20 days.
