BROOKLYN DAILY EAGLE HOME TALK-THE STAR SECTION, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14, 1932 1 3 TO MAP RELIEF PROGRAM Principals Meet Tuesday to Discuss Steps to Aid Families Dr. William J. O'Shea, Superintendent of Schools and chairman of the school relief committee, has announced there a meetof all school mould, principals at Washington Irving High School, Place and 16th ManTuesday afternoon at 4 d'elock." to discuss the home relief aspects of school relief work. George H. Chatfield, director of attendance and director of school relief activities, will address the meeting.

Approximately 50,000 children are being, served public with school luncheon, every who have contributed from their salaries to defray the cost of the food and service. Since the beginning of its work in 1930, the teachers have provided more than 5,500,000 meals for needy children. They have at the same time purchased food and clothing for members of these youngsters families. Teachers have been contributing from 3 to 5 percent of their salaries to carry on this work, it is reported. Their total contributions are in the neighborhood of $2,000,000.

and Mrs. Shazula of 6217 20th a boy. Obituaries GEORGE BRABANT died Tuesday. He was born in Brooklyn, the son of George and Margaret Brabant, and is also survived by four sisters. Mrs.

Norman Cunneen. Irma, Pauline and Joan, and three brothers, Frank, Leo and Jack. He WAs employed as a representative by the Photoplay Magazine, The funeral was held on Friday at 9:30 a.m. from his home, E. 8th thence to Holy Innocents Church, where a solemn mass of requiem was celebrated.

Interment followed in St. John's Cemetery. MARTIN MARGULIES of 1412 79th St. died Tuesday. He was born in Rumania and lived 12 years in Brooklyn.

He was photographer by occupation. He leaves his wife, Louise; twe daughters, Eva and Mimi, and two sons, George and Albert. The funeral services were held at 1 o'clock Wednesday at the home. and interment followed in Mount Zion Cemetery. BRIDGET FRACEY NELSON, widow of Nels Nelson.

died Monday at her home, 1264 74th St. She was former member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Church for many years. Four daughters, Mrs. Thomas Cunneen, Mrs.

Catherine Walsh, Mrs. John Cadaar and Mrs. Elsworth Decker; one son, William, and 12 grandchildren survive her. The funeral was held today at 9:30 a.m. from her late home: thence to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, where solemn mass of requiem was celebrated.

Interment followed in Holy Cross Cemetery.
