R.K.O. Prospect One of the hit features which the R. K. O. Prospect Theater is presenting starting tomorrow for three days is of great interest to mothers and girls, particularly to who have daughters attending schools away from home.

"Finishing 'School" is the story of a girl's struggle for love, guidance and sympathy within a sepulchral hall of snobbery. Frances Dee and Ginger Rogers play two distinct types of girls and in this story their escapades reveal what sometimes goes on behind high walls and enforced secrecy. The co-feature, Men Are Enemies," is also a drama with particular appeal to women patrons, It story of an idyllic love between- two young people, portrayed by Hugh Williams and Helen Twelvetrees. RKO Albee Title trouble, has long been the bugaboc producers. Now David Lewis, associate producer for RKO-Radio, has received letters protesting the appearance of Irene Dunne and Richard Dix in the current romantic melodrama, "Stingaree," the writers deprecating the casting of such great players in a "fish" picture, of all things! With tears in his eyes Lewis pleads to inform the world that "Stingaree" is not a fish at all, but a notorious and handsome bandit who terrorized Australia in the late '70s. was not only a daring rogue, but one highly educated. Between his crimes he composed beautiful music. The name "Stingaree" was coined by the crook himself when he said that "due to the exigencies of his profession he was, a man without love, a human fish-a fish with a stinger, like the Stingaree." The picture now at the RKO Albee Theater deals with how he quit being a fish and won love by brazenly kidnaping a beautiful singer and forcibly wooing her with the idea of helping her career.

Victor (Baron) Oliver heads the stage show. Electra "What strange gods these men pursue" is a phrase which can aptly be applied to Walter Huston in his featured role with Frances Dee in "Keep 'Em Rolling," which opens tomorrow at the Electra Theater. In "Keep 'Em Rolling" Benny Walsh, portrayed by Huston, is attached to Fort Myer, where RKORadio, actually "shot" Artillery the film 3d Cav- with alry. Temperamental and swashbuckling, his belligerence tinas a foil in Rodney, an ordinary plug horse. Benny idolizes the equine to the extent of giving up his women in Washington, his brawls in beer gardens and his crap-shooting games in the mess hall.

After serving their country with bravery during the World War, Benny and Rodney face retirement. Col. James Parker denies Benny re-enlistment and sends Rodney to the glue factory. Marjorie Deane, Parker's fiance and Benny's friend, jeopardizes her engagement to help Benny in a climax packed with comedy, pathos and drama. G.

Pat Collins, Minna Gombell. Frank Conroy, Ralph Remley and Robert Shayne are also in the cast. R.K.O. Dyker Daring in its theme and in its realism, "Finishing School" stirts tomorrow on a double feature program at the R.K.O. Dyker Theater.

It presents a highly dramatic situation in an establishment which masks its snobbery beneath a veneer of smartness, and which closes its official eyes to youthful indiscretions rather than forfeit tuition fees. Frances Dee, Billie Burke, Ginger Rogers, Bruce Cabot and Halliday are featured. "Whirlpool" is the co-feature, Jack Holt, virile he-man star of the screen since the early silent days, is starred. Supporting Holt are Jean Arthur, Donald Cook, Allen Jenkins and Lila Lee. COLISEUM 4th AVE.
