BROOKLYN EAGLE, WEDNESDAY, DEC 20 BROOKLYN EAGLE, WEDNESDAY, DEC. 31, 1941 If -) 1 Miss Stine Is Feted At Dance Debutante Honored At the Park Lane Mrs. John Randolph Stine of 135 Argyle Road entertained at a large tea dance yesterday at the Park Lane, Manhattan, in honor of her debutante daughter, Miss Elizabeth Jayne Stine. The debutante wore a gown consisting of a long, full, blue satin skirt with a black velvet bodice and long sleeves. She had orchids.

Receiving with the debutante and her mother were Miss Tovelil Stine, sister of the debutante; Miss Patricia Cotter and Miss Mary Cand-man. Christmas decorations of poin-setta and holly decorated the room. The debutante Is a graduate of the Packer Collegiate Institute and at present is a sophomore at Smith College. h-vr 7 Mm Patricia George Becomes Bride Of Sgt. T.

H. Faust Mr. and Mrs. Harry L. George of 680 84th St.

and Cuba, announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Patricia Lee George, to Sgt. Theodore H. Faust, 43d Field Artillery, U. S. son of the late Captain and Mrs.

Theodore H. Faust. The wedding had been hurriedly planned due to the war, and the ceremony was performed by the Rev. E. G.

McManus, S. cousin of the bride, at St. Ephrem's R. C. Church, on Dec.

14, with the Rev. Martin J. Donlon assisting. The reception took place at the home of the bride's parents. The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Foster Hull George, wore a gown of ivory faille taffeta with a sweetheart neckline and long, tight sleeves.

Her tulle veil hung from a pompadour hat trimmed with orange blossoms. She carried a bouquet of white rosel and orange blossoms. Miss Angela George, sister of the bride, who served as maid of honor, was In turquoise blue faille. She wore a band of pink dotted black veiling. The maid of honor carried dusty pink roses.

Paul McManus was best man. Mrs. Faust Is a graduate of St. Saviour Academy and St. Joseph'i College for Women.

Georgiana H. Rogers Makes Bow to Society Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Rogers Jr.

Is Presented at Dinner-Dance at St. Regis At a dinner-dance at the Hotel St. Regis Iridium Room last evening; Mr. and Mrs. Charles E.

Rogers Jr. of 18 Rem-sen St. presented their daughter, Miss Georgiana Hamilton Rogers, to society. The debutante received with her mother and her sister, Mrs. John B.

Dunlop. Miss Rogers wore a white satin frock and had pink camelias as her flowers. Silver and gold Christmas tree balls on sprays of silver were used to decorate the soft pink tablecloths. The guests included friends of the Rogers' from Brooklyn, Manhattan and Westchester. Miss Rogers is a student at Vassar College.

She is a graduate of the Madeira School. Mr. and Mrs. John W. Engel of Ormond Rockville Centre, announce the engagement of their daughter.

She carried a regency bouquet. Mrs. McGarev was dressed in darlc blue crepe trimmed with lace and wore a white orchid in her hair.

The decorations carried out the holiday motif and consisted of holly, smilax interspersed poinsettas. ferns and palms. The tables were decorated with holly and smilax and red candles with silver shades. The decorations, rombined with the flickering starlights above, made a very pretty, gay and effective scene as the guests danced to the continuous strains of the orchestral music. About 500 were present.
